Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your reviews.

Connected AI lets the assistant you already use read your Cloutly account: reviews, report, locations, and nothing more than you can see. Head office asks which practice needs attention this week and gets the count, not a feeling.

Pick a question. Read the answer it would give.

You connect it once, then you just ask. Every answer comes from your real reviews, and whenever a number deserves more context, it hands you the page in Cloutly that has it.

Kingsmere. 4.3 this month, from 4.7. 6 of 41 reviews mention waiting past the appointment time.

Counted by Cloutly from 109 reviews this month · the assistant reports the number, it does not guess it

Six of the questions people ask it. Every answer comes back the same way: a count, and the page in Cloutly the count came from.

It reads. It proposes. You approve.

Assistants are persuasive, and reviews are written by real people. So the assistant can see, and it can suggest, but the only hand on the switch is yours.

It sees what you see.

Reading is ticked when you connect. Each kind of change is its own box, unticked by default, so nothing happens that you did not turn on.

A change waits for you.

Ask it to pin a card or tidy a listing and it prepares the change, then sends you to Cloutly to say yes. Unapproved, it expires in 15 minutes.

Cloutly’s MCP server, for Google reviews and everything beside them.

MCP is the open standard assistants use to connect to tools, so an assistant that speaks it can read your account the way you would. Cloutly’s server exposes your reviews across 39 sites, your monthly report, your locations and the listings behind them, and the counts Insights already computes.

Claude and ChatGPT are the two we have verified end to end, on the web, on desktop and on your phone. It is in early access on the Growth plan; the REST API is still there for software of your own.

Step 1

Open Settings, then Connected AI

The tab appears on the Growth plan with early access. It gives you the address to add to your assistant.

Step 2

Add Cloutly to your assistant

In Claude or ChatGPT, add a new connector and paste that address in. The assistant sends you to Cloutly to sign in.

Step 3

Choose what it is allowed to do

Reading is already ticked. Each kind of change is its own box, unticked by default. Authorise, head back, and ask it something.

“Cloutly have been amazing in their ability to come to the party in the customization we required to suit our network of franchises.”

Why it is this strict.

An assistant that can read a whole account has to be easy to stop, blind to the people behind the reviews, and unable to leak a file. All three are built in, not settings.

You can switch it off in one click

Settings, then Connected AI, lists every connection. Disconnect one and it is cut off straight away, along with anything it had waiting.

Your customers’ details stay put

The assistant reads what a review says and how many stars it gave. It never gets a reviewer’s email address or phone number.

Files come from Cloutly, not from a link

If the assistant prepares a spreadsheet for you, you download it from a page in your own account. There is no link floating around that would work for anyone else.

The questions people ask before they connect it.

Claude and ChatGPT, on the web, on desktop and on your phone. You add Cloutly as a connector in the assistant, sign in to Cloutly, and choose what it is allowed to do.

No. It reads, and it can prepare a change: pin a card to your report, tidy a listing. The change waits in Cloutly for you to approve it, and it expires after 15 minutes if you do not. Nothing reaches a customer or a listing without a person saying yes.

Exactly the locations you can see in Cloutly and nothing more: your reviews, your report, your locations and listings. It never receives a reviewer’s email address or phone number.

Yes. Cloutly speaks MCP, the open standard assistants use to connect to tools. Claude and ChatGPT are the two we have verified end to end.
