Cloutly monitors 40+ of the most popular review sites around the world. On the Starter plan, you'll be able to connect, respond to and display reviews from Google and Facebook. For all other review sites, you'll need to be on the Growth plan. If you're curious about a specific integration before signing up, please ask us!
A location is your business. If you had two offices, one in Sydney and one in London, you would need two locations in Cloutly to manage both of these properties.
There is no limit to how many review sites you can connect to each location.
Yes, your contacts can unsubscribe by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in the footer of any campaign they receive.
Cloutly allows you to upload and maintain your own contacts list. You'll be able to track who you've sent campaigns to, who's opened them, who's clicked on them and who's reviewed you.
Yes! You can cancel your plan any time before its renewal date (monthly or yearly). We can only provide prorated refunds for Yearly plans if you contact us within 30 days of signing up.
Our pricing is primarily presented in USD, but may be converted to your native currency at checkout. We use Paddle as our payment processor to accept payments in a wide range of currencies.
Cloutly helps you ask your customers for reviews using multi-step email and SMS review campaigns. You can create and customise campaigns of up to 4 messages, tailored to your customers' actual experience with you.
Your 14-day free trial gives you access to most features, so you can connect your review sites, add your contacts, send some campaigns and create as many widgets as your heart desires. It's a great chance to get familiar with the platform and see if it's a good fit for your business. We'll be on hand to help you out at any time, too!
Cloutly can send review requests to your customers via SMS. Once you've used up your SMS credits for the month, any new campaigns will send out by email only.
If you want to purchase more SMS credits, ask us in the chat and we'll help you out.

Yearly plans are billed upfront, and then recur every 12 months. To sweeten the deal, we discount a full month from the total cost of each plan (which is factored into the pricing you see above).
