April 11th we bought a Rav4 Prime from Wilsonville Toyota. We were having hard time deciding whether to lease the car or not, as we really needed a car but we didn’t want to take a big financial liability. We asked the sales person - Chris Guidi -  if he can remove any of the listed charges that comes as extra accessories or any (to be) built-in features, any unnecessary high price protection plans such as environmental protection/ clear bra and etc. He said whatever is in that document is already applied to the car and therefore cannot be taken out. While we were discussing he would go and come back “giving us some time” seeing that my wife was very excited to get a car and when he came back he would come with better options. He applied a discount and made it cheaper. After some talk and my insistence Chris agreed that he can also remove the warranty and service plan fee which by the way Toyota offers for free. They were trying to sell duplicated 2-year warranty and service plan already included by Toyota when you by a new Toyota car. OK. They removed it. And it was the second time that I asked whether he can weave the protection fees (clear bra and environmental protection) and he said no, “I checked and unfortunately they are already applied to the car.” As we were told that there are no options for any ‘item removal of off the list’ we signed several papers and he showed one more time that Clear Bra ($1195) and Environmental Protection ($899) cannot be taken out as the service is already applied to that particular car. Yesterday I received a text from Toyota saying that A day should be scheduled for Clear Bra and Environmental Protection services. And I called the sales person right away to clarify. He told me that there’s nothing he can do. I went to Toyota Wilsonville to talk to the general manager. I explained the situation and after checking he said that what is happening here is that they had that kit, but for some reasons they did not do the service and since that service (a ‘kit’) was ‘specifically designed’ to that Rav4 Prime there is nothing they can do as they do not have any additional Primes to apply this service to. (Chris G. said they will have new cars in 2 weeks and the general manager said they might not have Primes for 3-4 for months, while both said that Prime is the most requested and sold car.) I explained once again that my main issue was that I didnt want this service applied in the first place. and if it wasn’t done already then I refuse to have it. At that time I had to accept the fee as the sales person assured me that it was already applied. But knowing that it is not applied, I do not want the service and want a refund. (It is a service and not an asset/accessory so they can have it applied to other Rav4s easily.) The manager told me that he will look into it and will let me know. He called me couple of hours later and said that they can remove the Environmental Protection but cannot remove the Clear Bra, as that paint is already waiting in Toyota service. I don’t understand. It is insane that they sell me something as “applied” with no choice. And then I learn that it is not applied and I have a choice. but then I still don’t cause It was supposed to be done but it wasn’t. That is called deceiving the customer. and now they are negotiating with me. And when I was in the Toyota Wilsonville to talk to GM, the first moment I mentioned that I was kinda “made” to sign and agree to those terms, he cut my word and right away said that nobody made you, if you want you can return the car, in such a careless manner that like we were dealing over a small and unimportant deal. and While I was talking to sales person over the phone, he said that maybe it was me that misunderstood as english was my second language, whereas I specifically asked him 3 times and maybe more if we can remove those fees. Very disappointed. They are just bunch of liars.

They gave me a fair assessment of my trade in and made the buying process easy. No hassle when I turned down many of the extras that were offered. No insane mark up on new vehicles like many dealerships are doing. We liked the experience so much we went back the next day and bought another vehicle. Go see Andrew Ross and get your next Toyota from him.

This was one of the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Literally. We worked with Steven Bailey and he was exceptional! The "no-bull" thing is real, and there was no pressure. He shared his knowledge and expertise with us in a way that made us feel at ease, and very comfortable the entire time. I recommend hands down, and they will be getting our continued business!

I went to Wilsonville Toyota at the beginning of December for my first-ever dealership experience. Vaughn Allen kindly offered me assistance as soon as I got there. He had a kind and easy going approach, which made it easy to discuss my vehicle needs with him. There was a Subaru Forester that I wanted, and Vaughn took all-of-the-time necessary to help me find a price that worked, and even scouted an alternative vehicle option to suit my financial needs. Because I wanted to save more for my down payment, I declined buying the car the first time. Vaughn was not pushy at all, and instead offered complete understanding and reiterated it was important I pay a price I'm comfortable with. Through out the month, he respectfully kept me up to date on the Forester, and because of his communication and thoroughness, I was able to come back and get the car later that month. As a highly stubborn person I usually resist help, especially when I feel pushed. So I feel extremely fortunate that I got to work with Vaughn- he is the reason I felt comfortable coming back. He was easy-going, genuine, kind, and clearly a hard worker. Most importantly, he fully embraced my weird jokes (and my families banter). What a guy! I'm a happy camper!!! Thank you!

3/18/21 -- An Update to Recognize Autumn I wanted to update this review because we just bought a new car and we couldn't have done it without Autumn's help. She is professional, friendly and understanding (she worked with our schedule with a toddler), and was quick to get us what we wanted. Excellent communication. The whole process was fast! We had a pleasant car buying experience with her, low stress and no pressure. We highly recommend her if you're looking to buy a car from here. Thank you, Autumn! ----------- In and out in 4 hrs. Eddie is excellent to work with.
