I had found out my dr wooden had moved to this practice and when my wife had a procedure we asked if he was aware of my medication issue he said he just found out this is and it had been a month with no medication and that was june 29 and still today July 8 nothing but we are working on it and I and am a hi risk chrons patient I think it's time to look for help elsewhere dr.woogen care his staff just want a job and a paycheck so sad some people don't want to help

I am really struggling with this review. My experience from Start to Discharge was Excellent! However, I left a voice-mail on the Nurse extension Post Op that took them 24 hrs to reply to or address. That was not so nice. I work in a Pediatric Dental Office and in Every Dental Practice I've ever worked for, we call our Post-Op Patients the SAME day to follow up, after their procedures. I would've given 5 Stars except for that particular aspect which I'd Very important in Patient Continuum of Care. Dr. Scott Woogen was awesome and I'm glad I chose him and moved my appointment up from May to April. The Anesthesiologist was Excellent as well. They had a great team involved with my procedure from Reception to the Nurses. I just really wished someone had called sooner about my Post Op concern. I had to just wing it, and pray that my symptoms would go away, which they have gradually. I would not hold that one experience negatively though because everything else was Awesome and I Really appreciate Everything done and the care I received.
