THEY SENT ME A WELCOME TO YOUR HOME EMAIL THEN DENIED ME. You can find the text thread on other review sites. It’s worth a look. Read these reviews...all of them...they are legitimate. They don't use the phones, everything is done cowardly through text and their voice mailbox for their business is always full. I applied for a house a month ago. Make triple the yearly rent, they had a move in date of 7/10. That was wrong and he asked if I could move in on 6/25, I sure. They asked for twice the deposit because of a divorce discrepancy, I agreed. A utilities company reached out to set up utilities.... Then 12 days before the requested move in date, I hear they chose someone else. I have attached the whole thread for you to see the truth. I've never been denied for anything, much less a rent house. Do not use these guys, looks like a disorganized mom and pop, and I cant imagine they type of people hiring these guys to manage their properties. They clearly have alot of issues.

Property was very very nice!! Our family and kids really enjoyed themselves. If I had any questions, management was available.

I was just reminded at how terribly unprofessional that John and this company is when I came across my deceased mothers text messages with him. He had taken over mgmt of her home of which she paid him rent. Prior to him there was never an issue. My mother was ill & disabled. Shortly before her rent was due in July of 2020, her bank acct was hacked and she was wiped out. She notified the bank & authorities. Her rent was due the first of the month. She notified him of her situation. She had never been late paying her rent. Within days, he was telling her he was going to “put her out”. This goes on the entire month. We were saving all the correspondence and were receiving legal assistance thankfully. He had eviction papers served. Keep in mind, she was due for July. By July 30th he had eviction papers served. Fortunately, the bank was able to return all of her money and we paid it before she was evicted. We were continuing to build a case with her legal advocate but shortly after she went to a hospital, due in part to the stress from this situation, and she died shortly after her release. We just dropped the case at that point. Cause of death, in part, was stress on her heart. Please avoid this man and this company.

This is the rudest property management I have ever dealt with. When my husband and I applied for the house and asked about our application I was cut off and degraded. The man raised his voice and hung up on me. We ended up still renting the home for 2 years as we were moving from out of state and needed a home for our kids. I took pictures of the home on moving day before we moved anything into the home and the paint was scuffed and the house was dirty and full of cat hair. It clearly was not professionally cleaned. During our stay they told denied us many times for maintenance requests. I replaced the ceiling fan since they wouldn't. At time of move out they asked to keep my dishwasher, counter my husband built and the ceiling fan and we agreed on $400. They then charged me for professionally cleaning the home and paint touchups which then meant we didn't get reimbursed for the above items. I would never recommend this company for anyone else. They may need to do some customer service training as they clearly do not know how to talk to people.

John was referred to me by my realtor to manage my rental properties. I have been working with him for about 2 years now and I have nothing to say but positive remarks. He and his team had gone above and beyond to exceed my expectations---thorough screening of potential tenants, keen market analysis, timely responses, and excellent communications all around. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional but also genuine and empathetic. I had witnessed him going out of his way to take care of tenants in times of need. He is a man of integrity and kindness. Thank you John!
