Has the ownership changed? The service used to be very welcoming and professional when Anthony was there. Recently, it feels very different. Their advice on chemical dosing has been inconsistent at times. They should be more responsible and consistent in their advice. Please be more professional and take this more seriously. Thank you.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Free water tests. The service is 2nd to none as they always carry my heavier purchases such as salt or liquid chlorine out to the car. I highly recommend Swimart Sunnybank for all your pools’ chemical and equipment needs. They also provide home servicing, even if it’s just a chemical delivery & 7 day invoice accounts to most clients. Second to none!!!

I had such a great experience with the service from the young man Ethan at Swimart Sunnybank. He was professional, friendly and incredibly thorough while cleaning my pool. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was looking crystal clear before he left. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work but Ethan absolutely does. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the whole experience easy and stress free for me. Highly recommend Ethan and the teams fantastic service!

Very friendy and helpful gent guided me profesionally to find the right material with a good price. I was treated unprofesionally and expensive in the other shop nearby so am so suprised by this shop's great service.

Could single Handley be the worst pool shop I ever encountered . Quoted me $4300 to clean out my pool replace the pump scrub the walls . Got a second opinion from a different pool shop ( with a water analysis) recommended chemical dump over three days $128 . It’s the best the pool has been for months since being looked after by Swim mart. Don’t go here they are dodgy as !!

Ashley, came to do the maintenance on my pool and he was very professional and efficient. He knew exactly what to do, and had the pool looking so sparkling clean with the right chemicals. I would highly recommend Ashley as he is an asset to Swim Mart Macgreggor. I have now recommended to have Ashley on a regular basis. Thank you Ash from Tania and Dee Bing Coopers Plains.

The guys did a very clean job replacing the sand in my filter. I got professional and helpful advice on how to treat my water. This will be my goto place for all my future pool problems.

Didn’t really get the name of the person that came out originally. But amazing person, came out and diagnosed the issue while it was raining. Got a quote and will be proceeding ahead with the repairs. Amazing service.

I am compelled to share my recent experience with Swimart Sunnybank, and unfortunately, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The level of service provided by this establishment is shockingly poor, and I am left utterly disappointed. From the outset, the lack of courtesy displayed by the owner is astonishing. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, it's disheartening to report that the owner didn't even have the courtesy to return my phone calls.

Good customer service team, manager knows his stuff. Look if you have trouble with your pool and I have had to deal with 3x types of pools in my lifetime. These guys are very helpful, always get a pool test. If you can explain your problem to the team and they will help as best as they can. Thanks for your service team. Cheers
