Could single Handley be the worst pool shop I ever encountered . Quoted me $4300 to clean out my pool replace the pump scrub the walls . Got a second opinion from a different pool shop ( with a water analysis) recommended chemical dump over three days $128 . It’s the best the pool has been for months since being looked after by Swim mart. Don’t go here they are dodgy as !!

Ashley, came to do the maintenance on my pool and he was very professional and efficient. He knew exactly what to do, and had the pool looking so sparkling clean with the right chemicals. I would highly recommend Ashley as he is an asset to Swim Mart Macgreggor. I have now recommended to have Ashley on a regular basis. Thank you Ash from Tania and Dee Bing Coopers Plains.

The guys did a very clean job replacing the sand in my filter. I got professional and helpful advice on how to treat my water. This will be my goto place for all my future pool problems.

Didn’t really get the name of the person that came out originally. But amazing person, came out and diagnosed the issue while it was raining. Got a quote and will be proceeding ahead with the repairs. Amazing service.

I am compelled to share my recent experience with Swimart Sunnybank, and unfortunately, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The level of service provided by this establishment is shockingly poor, and I am left utterly disappointed. From the outset, the lack of courtesy displayed by the owner is astonishing. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, it's disheartening to report that the owner didn't even have the courtesy to return my phone calls.

Good customer service team, manager knows his stuff. Look if you have trouble with your pool and I have had to deal with 3x types of pools in my lifetime. These guys are very helpful, always get a pool test. If you can explain your problem to the team and they will help as best as they can. Thanks for your service team. Cheers

Solved my problem and sourced a part proactively to reduce the cost to me. They were also 30% cheaper than the other quote for the same part from the same manufacturer!

I have worked with Swimart for twice now - on both occasions they have been professional and punctual. Identified and solved the problem with my pump instantly. Also very flexible in booking. Would continue to work with them, and would highly recommend!!!

Not happy! They aren't keen for business and services. Missed out by 2mins, the staff close the door right in front of me even just wanting to a quick swap 15ltr drum of chorine.

Always terrific! Great service, knowledge and just a nice team to deal with all round. From the shop front at Macgregor, for advice, chemicals, water testing etc to home call outs. I recommend Swimart Macgregor for all your pool needs.

Alright, I been twice to get some stuff for my pool, I'm definitely not a pool guy so I ask a couple questions and don't really know what I want or need. Everyone experiences things differently and this is mine. Both times I've been served by the same old bloke who seems to be having a bad day everyday. I don't ask for a lot in terms of customer service, I get it, end of the day, you're tired or something you wanna be out there enjoying your hobbies whatever. But man It felt like I was committing a crime explaining what I was looking for, just a sheer lack of even the tiniest bit of enthusiasm. Might seem soft of me but this is a business that's like 50% customer service and I wanted to just give this place a 2nd chance but like why would I come back when I feel like a stain when I walk in the door? Like dude I want to come here and support other businesses other than the green shed but at least the people there don't make you feel like dirt. I am just one guy at the end of the day so who cares what I think right, If you have a good experience here I encourage you to keep supporting them.
