We recently purchased a house with a pool and had absolutely no knowledge of pool maintenance, so we booked an appointment with Swimart to help us get started. Simon came out and walked us through everything - testing the water, explaining the equipment, setting up timers, and sharing so much additional information along the way. I was genuinely amazed at how knowledgeable he was about every aspect of pool care. He took the time to make sure we felt confident and understood everything before he left. Because of the experience and the knowledge Simon shared with us, we now go to the Swimart store for everything our pool needs and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Simon, for such outstanding service.

I was completely satisfied with Simon and his professionalism. I really didn’t have a clue about Pools other than swim in it . I rang to book in for a session of knowledge and help in maintaining the pool and its equipment. At first I whinged about the price But I’m so happy with the service i felt quite confident Simon was great in explaining the process He never made me feel stupid for asking a question. And explained it in a way it was easy to understand. After he left the next day after cleaning the pool I had to put into practice what he showed me, all went well I had one thing I wasn’t sure rang the store a quick face time call with the lovely young girt at the store and it was answered 100 percent happy with the wonderful service they offered and fully confident for me a 60 year old to look after my own pool Thank you Simon and staff It’s a load off my mine

Jess has over the years given us the best customer service plus. Nothing is ever a problem and he always is professional and his knowledge is really valued. We highly recommend Jess and his team to look after your pool. We would not go anywhere else for our pool maintenance and pool chemicals.
