First time visiting after being a new and very naive pool owner. Very helpful. Spoke to me in simple terms and walked away feeling confident in what I needed to do and future requirements. Will absolutely be using them moving forward.

my pool turned purple due to overdose of algicide product with copper content. These guys gave me a solution and wasn't expensive, my pool has cleared up within 1hour. The expertise is priceless.

The people in Swimart Rouse hill is amazing. They always give the best advice and good service. Had 2 of there technicians out today to fix the pool pump. It worked when they left and they were super friendly and efficient

Was very disappointed and upset after my visit today. I was firstly made to feel as though I was not looking after my pool well enough and was questioned when I last did a back wash. I was taken a back by this as i do it every month like my pool builder told me.
Anyway, the shop keeper then proceeded to tell me I had no chlorine, 10 alkalinity, ph of 6.3
, 11 sunscreen and 0 hardness. I was shocked and started to think I had done something really wrong. I told him I had done a test strip before coming and it showed everything was perfect and he said well it isn't, these are the readings. He then sold me alk and tried to sell me chlorine.
I left so worried. Then I thought, how the hell can there be no hardness, that's impossible. I had been there 2 weeks prior with all perfect readings except the alkalinity.
So I took a sample to another shop and alas, everything is near perfect.
I called him to express my concern that he tried to tell me to put so much chemicals in my pool when the readings were so obviously wrong. He then said, it must have been a faulty disc. I said, but why did you not realise that when the readings were so weird and proceed to advise me on such readings, he then said the phone was breaking up and he could not hear me.
I am so upset about this whole situation, I am a new pool owner, hand over September 24 so feel very worried to trust this pool shop with my massive investment.
The second star is for the young man who works there Saturdays, he is lovely but the older man and the 2 ladies I've met there all talk down to me, say my acid feeder is rubbish and should disconnect it etc etc.
Never going back

Your results showed fluctuating pH levels, which is why we suggested checking your acid feeder. Weather changes can also impact chemical levels, which may explain the variations in your readings.

Excellent & extremely quick service. Pete & Mike were so helpful & very professional with me having to replace my pool pump Nothing was a problem , they explained the problem & fixed it the same day. So friendly, service with a smile. Thank you for your help & a great job. See you definitely again.

The team are absolutely amazing, my sensitive skin reacts when I swim in our salt water pool, after speaking with the guys on the counter they suggested adding a bag of mineral crystals . What a difference this has made. I can now enjoy swimming without my skin reacting.

Had a first time service and a very poor experience with pool not cleaned properly, skimmer box.....call the shop and just seem disinterested to fix saying they are busy this time of year....so that is suppose to alrite?
