I am very happy with the service received from Swimart Rouse Hill. The new filter pump was ordered and installed promptly and the pool was cleaned and ready for swimming in the next day. Would be very happy to deal with them for any problems or concerns.

After they fitted a new pump and chloronator I called and told them I had 2 leaks in pipe work and know one came to fix the problem. I had to fix it myself. They also charged more than they quoted. Get your invoice before paying. Don't let them just email it to you.

Super friendly team and excellent advice. They know their stuff and my pool has never looked better.

***Rude and “don’t care” attitude*** I’ve been using this pool cleaning service for a long time, but unfortunately today's experiences have been very disappointing. The cleaner could have done a much better job brushing the pool and should have used a harder brush where needed. The brushing was not done properly.On top of that, he used my old tools instead of bringing and using their own professional brushes.The overall quality of service has clearly declined. What was most frustrating was the cleaner’s rude and “don’t care” attitude. He seemed to be in a hurry, It felt like customer satisfaction was not important at all. The customer service experience was poor and unprofessional. After being a customer for a long time, I expected better treatment and professionalism. Sadly, I will be changing to a different pool service going forward.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Peter at Swimmart Rouse Hill was super helpful today when we had an unexpected pipe burst due to fencing work. Even though he and his team were extremely busy, he understood the urgency of the situation and made time to help us manage the leak initially. What really stood out was his level of commitment — he didn’t just stop at a temporary fix and is still working through options for a longer-term solution. Very disappointing service from Swimart. I paid upfront for a technician to check a pool pump that wasn’t working. The visit lasted about two minutes, and the only advice given was to top up the pool before they left. We did this, but it made no difference. When we called back to report the issue was still there, it took several days to arrange for someone to return while I already managed to find someone else to look at it and solve the problem! Paying upfront for a rushed and ineffective inspection with a long follow-up delay is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their service.

Been a customer with them for a couple of years now. David is really helpful with advice when I take my water in to be tested. Also just recently been using them for mobile maintenance for my parents pool couldn’t be happier with their service highly recommend them.

I am a 10+ year customer of Swimart Rouse Hlll and recently had a problem with my Zodiac EvoluX™ EX6050 iQ robotic pool cleaner that i bought from then over two years ago. It stopped working. In consultation with the manufacturer they tried to fix it. They tried replacing most of the components like the wheels, motor and power lead with no success. After a long process in trying to get it fixed, the manufacture and Swimart Rouse Hill decided to replace it. my pool turned purple due to overdose of algicide product with copper content. These guys gave me a solution and wasn't expensive, my pool has cleared up within 1hour. The expertise is priceless.
