So happy to provide this review for Swimmart Robina. Anita. Lindsay and the team provide exceptional service to their customers. Nothing is too much trouble for the team. Our pool has never looked better since the sand filter Lindsay installed for us. Also, we have just purchased a new robotic pool cleaner. We were given informed advice by Anita and we are very pleased with our purchase. Excellent.

Best pool company on the Gold Coast! They are professional, reliable & go the extra mile when it comes to pool servicing & customer service. We spent $1000’s of dollars with another provider with continuous issues, Swimart came to our rescue & fixed everything fast & properly! After experiencing terrible service from other competitors on the coast, we gave the team at Swimart Robina a try after seeing their shop front on the drive back from the south coast one day. The whole team were incredibly helpful and had some quick fixes for some minor issues that had been way too hard for our local pool service provider. During our dealings with the team at Robina, we learnt that Lyndsay and Anita are the owners of both the Bundall and Robina stores. This has been a welcomed find as the Bundall store is much closer to our home for when we need to pop in for a quick pool test or to pick up more salt after all of the recent rain. Its important to note that we had tried the Swimart Bundall store 6-7 years ago, but the service and knowledge of the team was frankly pretty average at the time. We learnt that Lyndsay and Anita took over that store only in recent years, so if you have been thinking of making the switch, you will see for yourself the incredible changes they have made to the store and first class quality service. Don't waist your time trying elsewhere, just head straight to Swimart Robina or Bundall - you wont be disappointed.

Friendly staff that off prompt efficient service and sound advice.

I usually go to Swimart Bundall (excellent) but with time restraints have dropped into the Robina store from time to time. I am pleased to say the service, particularly with Kay & Rachel, is fantastic. They are always happy and ready to help with all your needs. I feel like I learn something new about my pool maintenance with each visit. Highly recommend

Thanks Kay for your advice on how to remove green algae that was forming in a very clean pool. We had tried several pool shops and they tried but couldn’t get rid of it.
