good service at same owners as Swimmart Bundall the staff know what they doing and helped with our pool issues. easy to deal with and got things sorted loved the work they did I would recommend!!!!!

I just left Swimart Robina and Blair was incredibly helpful. I spoke with Blair last week about my pool going green and the advice he gave me cleared it up almost over night. When I asked Blair about robotic cleaners his knowledge was top notch and I'll he coming back for one of the $4000 ones

Kay at Swimart Robina was able to rectify my green pool when others could not. After 4 tests over 4 weeks elsewhere and being told each time that my chemical levels were right, despite my pool being green, I took it to Kay. Kay conducted the right tests and provided products and advice that had it crystal clear in 36 hours. She re-tested a week later and provided further friendly service and advice. Thank you!

Won’t recommend. Not a good service. And charged me for a 10 cent rubber gasket 6$. Lost a customer today.

Hi, as we are a retailer, we are governed by manufacturers for costings of parts, and in a world where everything is getting more expensive, even a gasket that feels like should cost 10c does cost $6, but even at $6 you can’t get a drink at some places. As for the service provided, over the years of assisting you, we feel we did provide the best service possible, with fast turnarounds, weekend installations and free water testing even when chemicals were purchased elsewhere. On the date of purchase, a refund was offered if you were not happy with the oring provided.
Excellent and faultless service.

had a great experience here, better than the swimart at mermaid. grant and kay told me what to do with my pool which was going green. i did what they said, didnt cost a lot, 2 days later my pool is sparkling clean again. so happy.

Anita and Tash are just wonderful. Great customer service and so much knowledge, they really went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I also had a few other obscure questions and they were happy to help me even tho it wasn’t about pools so thank you so much. I can’t recommend them enough will be back in the future, I will tell family and friends :)
