Swimart PALM BEACH were terrific to deal with when I had to replace my Sand filter, Chlorinator and pump Their price was well under another quote that I had, and the service they provided was friendly and professional I would not hesitate to recommend them Murray knew exactly what was required, they had everything in stock and had the job completed within a couple of days BRILLIANT - A BIG THANK YOU As opposed to POOLWERX Elanora, who were only interested in the money - wanted $110 an hour to even have a look at the job, held nothing in stock, took over a week to quote and really couldn't have cared less

Service which showed a clear understanding of the issues I was having with the pool. Clearly explained the options and what I could do if wished for them to have a clearer view of diagnosis before tradesmen's call. Paul clearly explained what I could do if I wished to reduce the expense. He gave me options which I appreciated.

Rick is always fantastic. However, when I rang the shop with a problem I was told they would ring back immediately, but they didn't. I tried again the following week and then Rick came out. This was just the normal service. But Rick did sort the problem (however pool cleaner has stopped working again since.)

Probably the most helpful shop I've ever been to, Paul went out of his way to explain everything we needed to know about our pool system and supplied us with the right chemicals to fix our problem. All with a great friendly manner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a very disappointing experience with Murray. When my wife called to simply ask for an approximate time for the pool technician’s arrival, he was extremely rude and essentially shouted at her over the phone. This behavior left her in tears, which is unacceptable in any circumstance, let alone considering that she is a young woman and heavily pregnant. This is no way to treat anyone, especially a customer. We would have expected basic courtesy and professionalism, and sadly, this interaction fell far short of that standard.
