I visited the store on 16 January 2026. I wanted to have the water from my pool tested. There was not one hassle. The lady did the test for me straight away. I was given advice about increasing the chlorine level a little bit but there was no pressure to buy anything. Really good service at this store.

The team is amazing, any issues or problems I have is no issue for them. Shout out to Paul as well. I can not recommend the guys highly enough 🙌

The best pool shop on the southern end of the Gold Coast. The team is always friendly, their products are well priced, and the pool advice is consistently spot on. They never try to upsell you on things you don’t need and are happy to tell you when something can be left for later. Compared to other pool shops in the area, they’re genuinely head and shoulders above the rest.
