I telephoned Swimart Padstow to enquire replacing the sand in my pool filter. Danny was informative and gave me all the information I required and a quote. I said great, please book me in. To my surprise, he said I cannot book you in till May 2025 ! I said you’ve got to be joking! We are still in spring and I have to wait for winter?! I was told they are short on staff but come on 6 months wait ! That’s ridiculous! And I had to laugh at his suggestion that people want to enjoy their pools in summer hence why they do sand replacements in winter. So I don’t want to enjoy my pool this season ? Also it’s annoying to know that I have walked into their store for a water test and walked out $300 later buying their overpriced products but when it comes to a genuine request we are expected to wait six months ! It should work both ways . I’m sorry but definitely taking my business elsewhere .
