We made contact with Swimart Noosa because our previous pool service business was involving us more and more in the maintenance of the pool and response to issues. We were already paying them for a monthly service so we didn't think we should be water testing between services, adding chemical between services, and downloading a manual to fiddle with the settings of a chlorinator we didn't understand. We made contact with Swimart Noosa by email and received a response from Tiana within half an hour – with a schedule of service options, and brochure. Before close of business we’d locked in a regular monthly pool service on a day that suited our own weekly commitments. I emailed through details of the pool (magnesium, heated, useage, covered, access, etc.) We received a text message the day prior to the scheduled service confirming the service. Not an automated message. From the business directly. On the day of the service Ben arrived, rang the doorbell and introduced himself. With a previous pool service business it was not uncommon for them to not turn up at all on the scheduled service day without notice – and have to be chased to lock in a service at a time that suited them. Ben confirmed that he had been made aware of the the information provided regarding the pool – which in our experience is quite rare. On numerous occasions with other pool service businesses in the past we had contacted the office to advise of issues in advance of the monthly service, for the technician attending on the day to claim they had not been made aware of those concerns. Ben did a thorough vacuum and clean; hosed off the cartridge filter on the grass (as requested, not on the tiles); did a water test and added chemical as required; reset the chlorinator and timer appropriate to usage and season, and hosed the area down thoroughly. In response to our stated position – that we expected Swimart Noosa as the paid professionals to be responsible ongoing for servicing, water health and chemicals, and the settings of equipment and maintenance, not us – Ben affirmed that to be their preference as well. It was noted by Ben that a new filter cartridge was required. A quote was received that afternoon for the part. (We’d known about that and had requested one from the previous business…but several weeks down the track from discussion with them, we had still not seen a quote for one.) The day after the service we received an email asking for our feedback, then a phone call from one of the owners checking to make sure we were happy with the service. We can’t think of anything they could have done to be any more professional. It’s a very reassuring beginning to our pool servicing relationship with SwimartArt Noosa.

Dean is the best

Always a pleasure to see Dean Thursday mornings! Friendly , knowledgable and does a great job! He always leaves our pool and pond in great condition! Yeah, Damien Trimmer is probably one of the best guys there. There’s no fuss all of a bit of a laugh. Each time you come in go out a little bit lighter in the wallet but that’s okay because we had a good laugh. No he gives a great service recommend him to anybody.

Swimart Noosa has been servicing my pool for about 5 months now. Both Ben and Connor are professional, polite and knowledgeable. They explain what products are required and why. Notifications are emailed advising the service has been completed and the accounts are sent out promptly. Very professional company and the pool looks great.
