Marley from Swimmart has excellent customer service skills, pleasant and great knowledge answering my questions. The pool is spotless and her detail to the small things was amazing. Marley would be an asset to any company and hope to see her again attend the pool.

When we moved into a rental property the salt water pool chlorinator had been replaced. Swimart did not connect the electrical wires to the new unit they installed and it was not adding chlorine. After a trip to northern beaches hospital for an earache troubling my son, I queried as to why the pool was going green after their recent works. The Lady who served me that day in Dec 2022 finally admitted the problem after I had bought the extra chlorine, chemicals and salt. She offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase and ask me to connect the wires to the unit myself. Avoid at all costs.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify some details. Our records show that we last attended your property in November 2022 when we installed the chlorinator. The last water test and purchase on file were in December 2022, and we have not been back to the property since.
If you have experienced issues with your pool recently, they may be due to factors outside our work from over three years ago. We always strive for quality service, and if there were an issue with our installation at the time, we would have been happy to assist if contacted sooner.

Bill/Michael and team have provided an A1 service to me over the last year , while being somewhat of a pool noob. They have fixed various issues with equipment whenever they have arisen and have always been available to answer my many questions about operation of the system. They add an automation system (on my request) that I can control with an app on the phone for running filter, chlorinator, heat pump etc. can’t fault their service , knowledge and availability and would recommend them to anyone looking for general pool maintenance or system upgrades.

If I could I would give Mona Vale Swim mart a -10 Bill / aka William Clark is as arrogant as they come! Not helpful at all! We had an issue with a pool heater that was sold to us by them, he told us to F-off not our issue we just sell the stuff what do you expect us to know about how they work? Warranty service done by others informed us they did the wrong pipe size to the pool heater and voided the warranty. Warning don’t use these people especially Bill aka William he knows nothing about pool heating or swimming pools. Ben at Mona vale.photo below is the guy that told us To F-OFF. Stay away from them!
