I purchased a spa heating system about a year ago. After comparing a few pool stores, their price was a bit lower than others, and being part of a larger chain gave me confidence in their support and warranty. What impressed me most was that they recommended a simple and affordable heat pump from the start, rather than trying to sell me the most expensive option. Over the past year, Dave and the team have always been helpful whenever I needed assistance. Even when busy, they took the time to help, responded quickly to urgent issues, and provided great after-sales support. Really appreciate it.

Organised for the pool to be cleaned on a monthly basis while I was away for 6 months. Fixed date a month in advance.They took my wife’s phone no and email. She hung around all day waiting.No show,no email no phone call. She rang them late in the day and they said they’d be there next day. Again,no show no phone call broken promises. Very unprofessional. It’s pretty easy to pick up the phone rather than inconvenience people.

Really great people to deal with. I know nothing about pools, and they are so helpful. They even write on the chemicals what is required and when. No pressure or judgement advice, and I highly recommend them for keeping your pool in top condition.

After trying many pool shops on the GC this is easily the best nothing is a problem and easy to deal with, everything is well explained and pricing is great I would not hesitate to recommend them,

Terrible after sales service. I purchased a suction pool cleaner from them and after the same part failed the second time after only a few months from purchase they refused to warranty it and I was told that I need to pay for the part as they will only cover it under warranty once.

Got there just before closing 4.00 pm said straight up not water testing but if l wanted to spend on products was ok, been a customer for 20 plus years when confronted said he didn’t know me, that’s because my wife shopped there, won’t have to worry about that now

Turned up at 2.57 on Saturday. Shop shuts at 3. Was told my two young kids staffing that they couldn’t help as the system had been turned off already. They were out the door and locked up by 2.59.

I've used Swimart for the past year to check my water and service my pool. Jack is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Best of all, I never get the feeling that he is trying to upsell me stuff - instead, I feel like he genuinely cares about great customer service. Thanks Jack!
