Big thank you to Tristan. What great service. Asked him about a concern about a pool in Sri Lanka. He took his time to explain the possible reasons for the issue over the phone to my father in Sri Lanka. After supplying all the required product he even wrote a lengthy email to support and use them effectively. One of the best service experiences I have had in retail.

We came across Brandon and Swimart Frenchs Forest & Lindfield in connection with an issue of pool non-compliance in relation to our boundary fence. After having received previous various convoluted and not very helpful opinions on what needed to be done for it to comply, Brandon provided excellent guidance and advice. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and liaised directly with our pool certifier to fully understand what the issues were and to determine what work was needed to meet compliance. His quote was very reasonable and comparable to others. He explained what was being proposed very carefully and in simple terms and we decided to go with his recommendations. We couldn’t be happier. His team of two men arrived within days and inserted the posts one morning. A few days later they returned and finished the job. We had a tricky corner section, and they pivoted to install a few glass panels instead of metal, so that it would be visually more appealing, at no extra cost to us. Both were also professional, quick and hardworking and left the place tidy when finished. Brandon then came back to inspect it all to ensure it was done to perfection for compliance. The prompt turnaround was a plus. We were extremely happy with Brandon and his team (including Bec in the office). Everyone was prompt in their communication and the teamwork was clear. Brandon and his team are all very friendly to boot! I have read some of the other reviews and while our job related to a fence compliance issue, Brandon made us feel at ease and confident that he knew how to handle and come up with a practical solution to tricky issues. The end result is fabulous and so much better than we anticipated, and the pool now has received compliance. I have no hesitation in recommending Brandon (and have already done so) for your pool compliance needs. Thank you Brandon!

We have just completed a wonderful renovation of our 30+year old indoor pool at the 'over 55' complex we occupy. Brandon Hill from SWIMART Lindfield/Frenchs Forest is responsible for all the planning and overseeing of this project, and he and his team have produced an amazing result --new borderline tiles and a beautiful blue fibreglass resurfacing. We have engaged Swimart to conduct a monthly maintenance of our home pool. We appreciate the regular attendance and the work has always been completed in a professional manner. Their staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a rather large daunting backyard project to tackle and what started with a pool pump project ended up with Brandon connecting us with a team of people to get the job done and we couldn’t be happier.
