It was my first time visiting Gladesville Swimart last week and it was a really positive experience. I was greeted straight away by a young man and a woman, both of whom were friendly and approachable. They took the time to explain things clearly without feeling rushed or sales-driven. I’ll definitely be back when I need anything pool-related again.

Amazing local service — highly recommended! I built a pool with Crystal Pools in 2024 and within the first year my Watermaid saltwater chlorinator cell cracked due to my previous maintenance person overtightening it. I was initially told a replacement cell would cost $1,250. The team at Swimart Gladesville went above and beyond. They used their relationship with Watermaid to have the issue covered under warranty and are now installing the new cell completely free of charge. Outstanding customer service and support — a huge thank you to Peter in particular for his help throughout the process. It’s rare to see businesses genuinely advocate for their customers like this. Highly recommend Swimart Gladesville to anyone with a pool.

Came here after a recommendation. One of the staff members was extremely helpful and took the time to explain things clearly. I was given a printout with recommendations and purchased several products. When I got home, I realised one of the items I’d been advised to use hadn’t been included. I also asked for a receipt and was told receipts aren’t provided for cash purchases, which was unexpected. Overall, there were some helpful aspects to the visit, but a few things could have been clearer.

Peter the pool technician was professional, efficient and explained everything clearly. The whole process from booking to service and ongoing communication is first class!

WARNING- Don't waste your time or money going here! We took a water sample to them, they sold us $100 worth of products to fix our green pool. We added the products, but it only made it worse- only to then read their own chemical report which stated that the pool was already over-stabilized, and yet they sold us more product which also had even more stabilizer in it! We consequently had to empty our pool. They refused to refund our money. We just wanted a refund, however they refused today. In return- here's 1 star for all the world to see. Go somewhere else that knows more about what to recommend.

Excellent communication skills, with all there over many years. Would highly recommend to friends, family and neighbours. In fact over the years I have done this!👍👏👏😁😁

Expert knowledge & friendly approach.

I wasn't overly impressed to be honest. The older guy serving was all over the place, to the point that I'd bought 5 items (clarifier, chlorine etc) and had to remind him to give me 2 of the items or he would have forgotten. Perhaps it's because he switched focus to another customer before finishing the sale with me. Most odd.

Just bought a waterco supaskimmer leaf basket for $134.95 and came home did a quick google search only to find it online for $69 dollars oops won't be making that mistake again. I get it these are mum and pop pool shops and not Amazon but wow even so. Peter kindly called me and explained that there had been an error in their system and refunded the whole amount so well done for local pool shop and customer service 👏
