I've had a frustrating experience with this company and feel it's only fair to leave a 1-star review. Communication has been a big problem – I can't seem to get a callback, and staff have even admitted things aren't great. Some were pretty rude, and the decent ones are on their way out. I've been charged for stuff I never got, they've missed appointments, and bills come in super late. They also show up in my backyard without any heads up. Once, I tried to stop one for some questions, but all I got was a grunt. And they've left trash in the pool, too. Honestly, you might want to look elsewhere

Rude staff. Came in with some questions got given 1 or 2 word answers. And wouod not help with ordering in of filters . I would drive to belconnen or fyshwick from banks to avoid these problematic sales team
