The shop service is good, but pool care service is bad. 10/11/2024 Commenced fortnightly Pool Care Services $75 plus chemical cost per time. 17/12/2024 No service was conducted; however, an invoice was issued. My son visited the shop and presented video evidence clearly showing the technician drove in and out without leaving the vehicle. As a result, the invoice was waived. 6/4/2025 & 15/4/2025 Photographs taken showing the pool water had turned green. As the property is listed on Airbnb, I received guest complaints the pool. I visited the property, took a water sample to the shop for testing, purchased chemicals costing $41.78, and treated the pool myself. No apology was offered by the shop. At this stage, I still maintained trust in their service—but this proved to be misplaced. 5/6/2025 The technician arrived in the morning, remained in the vehicle for approximately 30 seconds (according to security camera footage), and left roughly one minute later without performing any service. Despite this, an invoice was later issued for the visit. 7/6/2025 I visited the shop in person, showed the video footage to the staff, and formally requested cancellation of the service. 10/6/2025 Received a phone call from the shop requesting the video evidence relating to the technician’s visit. 11/6/2025 Submitted the requested video clips as supporting evidence. 17/6/2025 Despite all prior discussions and evidence provided, the company reissued the invoice for the incomplete service on 5/6/2025 and demanded payment.
Response from Swimart Dural
Thanks Bill for the review. We try to do our best with every customer. Some of the mentioned times are when we were attending the pools next to you and behind you. Our technician struggles to get our Ute up their driveway and parks out the front of your house. Sorry to hear about your experience.
