Swimart Cleveland

I recently took my faulty saltwater chlorinator into Swimart Cleveland to be inspected and tested. I was surprised to see the repair quote come back at almost $1400. I instantly saw things listed on the repair quote that I knew did not need replacing or repair. Based on this I took said chlorinator to another well known and well reviewed repair specialist in Brisbane where the repair quote came back at just over $400. I have since reinstalled the unit and it is working perfectly. Needless to say I won’t be going back to Swimart Cleveland.

Steve was great, very knowledgable and helped carry my stuff to the car.

We had Kian come to look at the pool and the pump and he made an assessment on how to fix the pump and he also treated the algae. However, he did not run a test on the water (as requested in the shop 2 days prior) and so, after 2 days, the pool did not clear up as Kian had predicted. I called and spoke to Swimmart Cleveland about how to move forward, as the water was still unclear. It was suggested I bring a water sample down and I said I would do so this afternoon. No mention was made, however, that the closing time for that afternoon would be different to what was listed on the website and on Google. I arrived at 4pm and the man would not open the doors to talk to me. Instead, tried mouthing things to me through the glass doors. I asked why he hadn’t mentioned on the phone that he was closing early and he simply gestured (by shaking his hands) that he was closed. Very disappointed that a water sample wasn’t taken during the initial assessment at my house and further frustrated not to be informed of early closing hours over the phone and then not be given the courtesy of opening a door to have a conversation.

We used Swimart Cleveland after becoming frustrated with other pool businesses. They do pool handover inspections and the 2 men who came to look at the pool (Charlie & Reece)were really helpful. There were a few issues and all were solved though it took a few visits-and they persevered until everything is now sorted The pool shop itself is also good. The people on the counter know their job . We now feel that the are on top of most of the pool problems. Thanks for your help. Peter & Rhonda

Have always found the shop staff very helpful and they also do a great job with the monthly service of our pool.

These guys are fantastic! The true measure of a business is their ability to provide great service and a solution in the event there is an issue and these guys deliver. You only need to have a genuine conversation, and be reasonable and they won’t let you down. The team of pool service professionals are always kind, well spoken and invested in making sure you are happy with their work. They explain themselves well, offer solutions to queries and have always gone above and beyond. They are also well priced and only charge for what they use and won’t recommend things you don’t need.
