After having our robotic cleaner and swimmer stop working we were after something reliable and affordable. Liam helped us with options, alternatives and things we didn’t even know! We have had pools for 16 years but have moved to a new area. Past dealings with other pool shops had been ok but nothing to write home about. Liam is so knowledgable and not once did he try to upsell us, which I find fantastic.

Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. No pushy sales tactics and genuine care. Efficient service and very methodical towards specific care to unique systems.

Extremely pleased with how they handled the situation, much blessing and love to the owners and happy they took it just as seriously. (Previous review deleted due to the excellence)

If I could give this rating a 0 I would, just witnessed aggressive behaviour towards a young girl at a supermarket by Charlie from Swim-mart. I made sure to memorise the name on his name tag, to ensure he gets the correct training and discipline he deserves. Arguing over a 25c bag is insane. Grow up.

Excellent customer service. The team care about optimising pool performance rather than just “selling you chemicals” as an outcome of a water sample test. They consider all factors, including pool usage and weather forecasts to provide the correct advice. Highly recommended.

Wow what a company to deal with They are absolutely fabulous Nothing it seems is too much trouble I recommend the company to anyone who maybe struggling with their pool . New to the pool owners' game and can say that I'm highly impressed with the service and knowledge of the team at Swimart Cleveland.

Swimart lady smokes all day and chucks her butts in the garden, please clean up your mess.

We went to Swimart Cleveland/Ormiston for an issue and over 9 months including a technition attending, spent around $1200 on chemicals on advise of these people and I didn't get any good results on issues with pool. So I had them come and fix issues. No good because they were unreliable from turning up and stating jobs they had done like cleaning filter but not cleaning filter. They finally turned up when we left for a 2 week trip overseas. The person did not property purge the filter correctly causing an airlock and the pump stopped working for the whole 2 weeks we were away turning the pool black. I know there was an airlock because the filter was dry and I don't know how the pump didn't break. I spent over $1200 and the pool is worse than before they started. Total incompetent business, don't believe any advise given.

These amateurs were supposed to fix my pool and on the first day he went to the wrong address after I confirmed with management my address. I was told the filters were cleaned and they were not. Finally turns up on the day we left for an overseas trip and doesn't prime the filter with water and the system runs dry for 2 weeks while we were away and when we got home the filter was completely dry leaving our pool almost green and black, worse than when I first arranged them to help fix our pool. Don't get these incompetent fools to give any advise nor employ them to do any work. Who can you really trust these days.

The team at swimmart ormiston are always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to help me with pool equipment problems and always give me advice I need (not knowing anything about pool maintenance and chemicals etc). Love the team and will always keep coming here. Exceptional service .

As usual, Pete, Crystal and team are first rate. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Plus they don’t try to sell you unnecessary stuff like other pool shops. Keep up the good work 👍👍✅
