We used Swimart Cleveland after becoming frustrated with other pool businesses. They do pool handover inspections and the 2 men who came to look at the pool (Charlie & Reece)were really helpful. There were a few issues and all were solved though it took a few visits-and they persevered until everything is now sorted The pool shop itself is also good. The people on the counter know their job . We now feel that the are on top of most of the pool problems. Thanks for your help. Peter & Rhonda

These guys are fantastic! The true measure of a business is their ability to provide great service and a solution in the event there is an issue and these guys deliver. You only need to have a genuine conversation, and be reasonable and they won’t let you down. The team of pool service professionals are always kind, well spoken and invested in making sure you are happy with their work. They explain themselves well, offer solutions to queries and have always gone above and beyond. They are also well priced and only charge for what they use and won’t recommend things you don’t need. I had a horrible expirience with Swimart Cleveland. I do not recommend their service. They were trying to provide stains treatment for 2 weeks and we were waiting for any results; however, stains are still in the walls of the pool and no results were achieved. I have checked the pool filter and I found out that the technician took the vacuum out of the water and left the filter running. The technician came for 5 minutes and left. What kind of service it is?! The technician was supposed to scrub a pool. He scrubbed the pool only 5 minutes in front of us, then all other visits he did nothing...I am so upset; after that they offer us another service: acid wash for $1000 and they might will fix a pool and might will be able to get rid off stains... We decided do not go ahead with this offered service. The technician also changed the mode of the pool filter and the vacuum were working at night, so we requested him to change the settings as it was before, he said that he changed the settings, but the filter and vacuum were working still at night, it was annoying our neighbours. It seems the technician does not know what he is doing and it is not professional.
