I walked in for the first time today, i wasnt expecting much as most pool equipment store guys are jaded and are only doing it for a job and money. Bredan ( i think that was his name and Cadon ( can't forget that one) were super helpful and recommended straight away a treatment for my dad's pool in Nth Rocks (he's 82 and needs my help) . I walked out informed and was instantly glad i went there instead of the shop Dad had sent me to. (he didnt even remember the name of the shop he infrequently goes to- he's tight with his money even though he has much more than he needs) So glad i went here... im going here from now on :)

Have dealt with Swimart Carlingford for many years, always good advice and service. Recently we bought new filter, chlorinator, flow switch for JetVac, and pool cover and reel. Didn't have to wait too long for it all to arrive and get installed. Competitive pricing. A couple of minor issues which probably is to be expected, actually from the old parts not new equipment, advice to sort these was prompt and effective. Would recommend the team for the usual chemicals and advice and also purchasing bigger items.

I’m not sure whether the water quality testing service is good or not, but purchasing equipment from this store and having it installed at home would truly be the worst choice. Customers pay with the expectation that a professional pool plumber will handle the installation. However, what they actually receive is an amateur doing a careless installation and then demanding payment without providing any proper explanation. A year ago, I had a filter, a cyclone filter, and a pool chlorinator installed. The filter was installed uneven, and they didn’t even install an “L”-shaped pipe on the cyclone drain line. It’s difficult to clean the cyclone, and they left without explaining how to use it properly. If you plan to purchase pool equipment, I recommend finding another major company not this shop.

I don't need to go very often, but always get good service when I do. No upselling, no vague instructions and no treating me like an idiot, even though I am far from a pool expert.

The worker name Cayden was so rude and disrespectful ,and that’s not a first time,Owner should do something not again please

The staff here are incredibly helpful. I came in with a persistent algae problem in my pool that just wouldn’t go away. They took the time to explain exactly what products to buy, how to apply them once I got home, and how to properly maintain the pool moving forward. I followed their advice and by the next morning, the pool looked brand new. Highly recommend!

Good customer service.

Bought an expensive piece of equipment from the store recently. When it failed to operate I bought the product (still under store warranty)back to the shop expecting help and assistance. Instead I was met with defensiveness that bordered on aggression. Not the kind of service that deserves loyalty. Do not recommend.

The pool went green and my husband was in hospital. I am so grateful for the time and expertise given by Ron and the staff, offered in a caring manner. The pool is now crystal clear. Lorraine

Good service, very professional

Twice I have now been to Swimart and got satisfactory outcomes. Service was courteous and efficient.

The service was terrible as the workers were rude and lied on the phone.

Went in today to get water tested. Unfortunately I had left water in the car all day and it was hot. The very helpful young man explained he would wait until it cooled down and email me with the results. He was very informative and polite and the other guy was helpful in putting the salt in my car. Great customer experience.

Good shop. I used to give it 5 stars. I haven't seen Sang in a while so too be fair have to redo the rating as a 3

Excellent services and professional attitude to providing advice on pool maintenance and care.

I like the fact that I can have my water tested and lots of advice given for no additional expense.
