I few months ago, I asked for a Sand Filter clean, but when the guy came over, he saw how old my filter was and therefore said I needed to get a new one. (understandable). He was at my house for 10 mins and didnt do anything. I found a cheaper price for the new filter elsewhere but now got slugged for the call out fee. $145 for 10 mins of his 'expertise'. I should have got him to clean my pool at that price. Anyway now paid but wont be going back.

What service. Swimart is my pool shop and I am having troubles with my pool cleaner and explained that we just had the pool surface redone and with the Jacaranda tree loosing its foliage the pool looks terrible. Candon explained my situation to John and without hesitation offered a demo pool cleaner for a couple of days. The pool looks great and I am a very happy customer. Great work from the team.

We have been a customer for 10 years plus, always very good service. We just replaced our pool box with an acoustic pool box (and at the same time Cameron and crew re- organized the layout and piping - so much better) plus a new pump and filter. Everyone was very easy to deal with and no issues at all. Thanks again Cameron, we are very happy.

I went to swap my chlorine drum last week only to be told they had no chlorine (pretty poor for a pool shop) so I left my empty drum and purchased some other items I needed. I Went back today to get a drum of chlorine and was told I couldn’t prove I left the empty last week so I have to pay $12 rental fee and lose my existing $12 bond. I’ve been a loyal 10 year customer so I didn’t even remember I paid the bond to begin with to be honest. I won’t be back again on principle. I also noticed a new sign saying they will be charging $10 for water tests going forward (unless you spend $25). Good luck with that business plan.
