From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to help with everything I needed. They took the time to explain the best products for my pool and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The advice was spot on, and my pool has never looked better crystal clear and running perfectly. Great range of products, fair prices, and genuinely top-notch customer service. It’s rare to find a place that ticks every box like this. Highly recommend to anyone needing pool supplies or expert advice.

I’ve been using this store for years, always friendly service, and they were great when I was first learning how to take care of my pool. I also used them when replacing pool components, including a pump recondition and a new chlorinator. All very low fuss.

Bought products from them as per advise however pool is still green. Asked for someone to come and check the pool and was told was frankly just too busy.

Incredible service! Jim from Camp Hill Swimart has been servicing my pool for close to 18 months and his service and expertise has always been incredible. However, recently he went above and beyond what was needed!! Our pool pump just gave up and I texted Jim who came by and had a look, he then kindly offered to take it to the dealer as he was heading in that direction. Promptly got it sorted and returned the following day to install the pump agakn. All I needed to do was submit the warranty claim online. Such incredible service and going above and beyond what is needed to be a true professional at his job.
