They took the time to explain the best products for my pool and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. I’ve been using this store for years, always friendly service, and they were great when I was first learning how to take care of my pool. I also used them when replacing pool components, including a pump recondition and a new chlorinator. All very low fuss.

Incredible service! Jim from Camp Hill Swimart has been servicing my pool for close to 18 months and his service and expertise has always been incredible. However, recently he went above and beyond what was needed!! Our pool pump just gave up and I texted Jim who came by and had a look, he then kindly offered to take it to the dealer as he was heading in that direction. Promptly got it sorted and returned the following day to install the pump agakn. All I needed to do was submit the warranty claim online. Such incredible service and going above and beyond what is needed to be a true professional at his job.

Used their services twice in last 6 months. Disappointing. The first one was 15 mins cursory service. Second time picked my faulty chlorinator and sent to Gold Coast for an estimate. After a week charged me $100 for courier fees for returning it back after a very high estimate. Never using them again.
