Went as wanted to trial a pool robot , very nice sales man tells me his boss won’t let them do demos. So they want u to drop 2 grand on a pool cleaner before giving it a try .

Never again, charged $99 just for a bookings fee that I was not told about, very expensive on products and everything’s else, if we where told about the booking fee we would have not asked them to service our pool. Stick with the smaller local companies from now on. I’ve never had a pool service so expensive before, pool was not green

We have different pricing for servicing and the frequency therein. our pricing also changes seasonally.
For "one-off" services such as what was requested by yourself on the 7/11/23 we have a $99.00 booking fee October through March for us to attend and inspect equipment and complete any additional works as discussed and as required.
Chemical, labour and additional materials are charged following completion of works as per works completed on the 14/11/23. the pool had algae present and it was treated for this.
This pricing structure is similar to that of the service we completed for you in April of 2023 however the callout from April through September drops to $75.00.
Outside of this, our labour and chemical pricing has not changed in over 4 years, through Covid and even with the significant inflation.
Hope you enjoyed the pool through the Christmas and new year period.

Booked them for a service, no chemical needed just a pool clean after the heavy wind as we were not home at the time. I was shocked to receive a bill for $199.00, after several emails to find out why I was been charged $99 fee that was not disclosed to me over the phone while making the booking,

Yes our service fee is $99.00 booking/call out and $100.00 per hour charged out in 15 minutes increments.
If money owing is not paid invoices will be passed onto our debt collection agency.

Salt much more expensive than Clark Rubber. Out of chlorine go to Clark Rubber I was told. Pool pump problem advice needed a service call. Booking fee $75 just to be put on list (not refundable if cancel booking). Plus callout and time charges ($150) plus parts needed. After many years as a customer will never use swim mart AGAIN. What a rip off. "We get people cancel bookings so we charge a booking fee." What have they lost if you cancel day/s before, nothing. Then dealt with Pooltec new pool pump and installation at a much better price. No call out or booking fee. Pooltec 4 stars.

While staff in store are helpful we had NO SERVICE from Nick when our spa failed. Despite messages & personal visits to store with request for him to make a booking to attend he never called back despite us being customers for 7 years. Now found another spa specialist & not returning to Swimart due to NO SERVICE.
