Have used this company for a while if your pool is dirty then they blame you for it being dirty and they will charge you extra. I was overseas for 2 months and my pool cell is so clogged that l am surprised it is producing any chlorine at all, l had a once a month "pool technician" hired to look after my pool. Great job Swimart Bundall Total scamers. FYI. The same people own Swimart Robina.

Had a great experience with staff all round.DISGUISTING green pool after failing Chlorinator. After Cyclone Alfred ,Pool service to clear n freshen pool, check equipment, order new chlorinator and refit new style all within a week! 10/10 Thanks firstly to Nathan and all from then on after 🙏🍀

The visiting Technician (Garry) was superb in diagnosing the problem and installing the new filter with great feedback on other questions in relation to the pool. Thanks also to Hayden S for organising this promptly. On ya both!

I moved to Benowa a year ago and have never looked after a pool before. In my first few months, my pool went absolutely green and was a nightmare 😅 I had been going to Swimmart Bundall before this but had never asked how to maintain the pool, was just doing what google had said to do! So I went to them and asked them for help. The team was so professional. We organised for a technician to come to the house and he gave us great help. In store, Mason has always been an absolute legend, and he even took me through step by step how to floc the pool, as well as giving me a print out with the steps to take home! Because of these guys, I’m now so much more confident on how to keep my pool pristine. I will never go to any other shops for my products or help. Thanks to Mason and the rest of the team 🤙

Incredible staff and service at Swimart Bundall. Lyndsay, Anita and the entire team are incredibly knowledgeable and have helped to solve so many of our pool maintenance challenges. Nothing is too hard, too complex or too expensive to solve. Highly recommend that you give these guys a go before trying elsewhere on the coast.

I have been happily using Swimart Bundall for a long time. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. In particular, I am sometimes fortunate in having Anita serve me and it's good to have a short chat, which is a nice way to improve the day.

Anita and Lindsey and the whole team at Swimart Bundall are fantastic. Service with a smile!!!!! I have been using their services for a very long time now. I get my pool water checked weekly and they always take time to make sure I am looked after. They never try to sell me something just to make money. They always try to keep chemicals to a minimum.
