These guys go above and beyond!! I have had many complex challenges throughout my over 20 yrs of using them, and I am very thrifty, weather we are overseas or not, they always treat our pool like it’s their own.. and I’m a pain in the Aurse!! 6 stars

Arrived at 7-55 am and the door was open. 8am open,however staff were ready. Saved me waiting around outside.im a dumb tenant and our pool isn't maintained. Blair tested my water and now I have the right info and products to fix the pool water myself❤️best service I've had I'm a shop in ages!!! Thank you guys!!! 🙏🙏

Absolute crap pool service, came out on the 31st December didn't vacuum as I paid for put the wrong chemicals in and gaslight me about what a great service it was. Warning... NEVER use these argumentative and aggressive people.

Hi, we attempted to run you through the service report, with time stamped images of before and after the service and chemicals used. We were still hopeful of resolving the matter with a free secondary visit which we provided (not including cost of chemicals) even though we felt our original service was correctly performed, but with equipment issues on site, your pool will continue to have problems.
Nothing is too much trouble! Friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about pool conditions! One very satisfied customer

This is the best pool shop ever with excellent service. They are always so helpful and friendly. Chris deserves a special mention as he knows everything there is to know and has often made suggestions that save me time and money! This is not my closest pool shop but it's the one I am happy to drive to!

Just went in today to buy a dolphin hydro plus. But… waited over 20 mins while 3 people got water tested and didn’t buy anything. At this point I just left. Didn’t just waste a customers time but the staffs time as well. Looks like I’ll have to buy it online, certainly not through swimart.

I’d like to say how helpful the staff are at swim Mart on Banora Road also the one in Robina too but I’m a local here and they always help me out and look after me and I definitely don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off too which is good and they always have a big bowl of sweets on the counter counter which is always a plus
