Dr Bonsu is highly professional, caring and knowledgeable. He truly cares about his patients. He takes extra time to listen and explain to all every step. He is awesome. He’s is very thorough. The staff is polite and efficient. The clinic is nice and clean.

10/10. Extremely compassionate and caring staff! I was in town for work and was feeling very sick and scared. I came in on 9/14/2022 about an hour before closing and they told me that they were at capacity for the day. But some of the staff visibly noticed how much pain I was in and how distraught I was so they made room for me. The process was very quick and efficient, I didn’t even wait 45 minutes before the doctor saw me. Everyone was so nice and on top of things. Thank you - I am so grateful!

Staff was efficient and polite. Had a drive through test for COVID which was stressful. Went to Swift Health Urgent Care Center. We were met with a patient polite group and very efficient staff. As we sat waiting I saw the same treatment for all entering. When you are not feeling well you need this type of care. Technician was very loving yet professional. I’d go there again and has recommended my friends.

By far the BEST urgent care Ive been to and I have been to a couple this year! The staff were so polite and accommodating! They took my pain serious ! The nurse Practitioner shower that she cared and saw me as a person and not just a patient! They even offered me follow up care and referrals! I am so thankful that I decided to try this location!!!!

The place is awesome. I was in and out. Not because they were rushing me but because they are on time. They don't leave you sitting in the waiting room forever. All of the ladies there were nice and professional. The place is clean and everyone has a mask on. They helped me nicely, professionally, and timely. It's a great place and I'm proud to go there.
