I sent frames along with my (very strong) trifocal prescription. Everyone else had told me they couldn't fulfill the prescription because it was too much. However, you guys handled it quickly, correctly, and without any hesitation. I am impressed and will definitely use your services again!

It took a month to get my glasses. When they finally arrived, they had the wrong lenses and wrong frame (they sent me women’s glasses). I called customer service 3 times. The store said they were picked up. Then they said they would arrive the next day. Then they were sent to my home (the wrong pair). So I returned for a refund. They did not want to refund even after everything I went through but eventually did. 4 days went by. The store said give it a couple of more days. Now it’s been over a week. WHAT is going on with your company?!? Nobody at the store has experience, they are all on their phone not helping anyone. The doctor is on a monitor and doesn’t speak English. You can’t call the store directly…instead you have to call customer service which is overseas and nobody there knows anything about optics either. What a shady company!!

When calling to see if my insurance was accepted, which it wasn’t, the lady told me about a promotion that they had if I paid out of pocket. She said it’d be $75 for both my contact and glasses exam. I thought that was a pretty decent deal so I gave my info and got scheduled for an appointment. Once getting there, I let the man at the front desk know about the promotion that I had been told about. He said it wasn’t accurate. I later told another employee about it and she confirmed what I thought. It was a lie to get people into their place. For me, that’s so shameful and when that happens, the promotion should be honored. The only reason I’m giving it any stars was because the girl who did help me was very kind and the service was quick. Other than that, I was pretty disappointed.

This was the quickest and most helpful eye appointment ever. I had been putting off getting my eyes checked because of the cost it always costs more since I have an astigmatism but this was so affordable. It was $160 for the exam and a six month supply of contacts. Their associate B was so helpful and kind. B helped with figuring out if it was better to use my insurance out of network or to just go with a special they were offering. Thank you!

NOTE: Think twice about getting your glasses adjusted here! The person who adjusted my prescription sunglasses broke one of the temples. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years. I know the drill. Every time I ask someone to adjust them I know there's a risk they will break. But this person didn't warn me ahead of time of that risk and didn't seem to treat them very gently. Other optometrists have told me outright they either won't adjust them, or they said they were extra careful because the glasses felt brittle or looked old, or they only made small strategic adjustments to avoid extra risk of breakage. This person broke them on the 2nd attempt. Admittedly, she said she was very sorry and I was empathetic. But when I asked her to make a few more adjustments (they were now worse fitting than when I came in) she adjusted them way too much, like she wasn't really sure how to accomplish what was necessary — the back of the temples were almost 90 degree angles. She also screwed the hinges incredibly tight making the temples hard to open and close, which is one reason my glasses broke in the past. It all seemed kind of haphazard and rushed. I left with them slightly broken and still not perfectly adjusted and took them to another place down the road. The person there was way more helpful and did a great job readjusting them. The person who helped me at Stanton was very nice and polite and seemed to want to help. And I fully recognize that my sunglasses are 10 years old now and so more delicate than a new pair. But I've had different glasses adjusted (including these) dozens of times over the years and no one has ever broken a pair, let alone so easily. All I'd ask of them differently is that if you don't feel comfortable adjusting glasses, don't do it. Keep that in mind before attempting the same at this location.
