Lived here for a year. The maintenance guys are awesome and I mean all of them. Really nice and funny guys. The leasing office team were nice as well. The new manager seems to be on the right track. The place is being renovated and I lived in one of the older units.
The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because upon moving in it was agreed upon that the carpets were stained. The leasing office had to call the carpet guy back to do the job and he determined that there is nothing he can do about it because the carpet was stained and had cigarette burns. I had the carpet industrially cleaned before I left and still got charged a $95 carpet fee. That's not okay! The photos are from move in.
The pond is well taken care of and you will see ducks and geese develop from ducklins and goslings if the kids and hawks don't get to them first. Nature is alive an well which is awesome if you're into that type of thing.
Bottom line......would I live here again....Yes but don't cheat agreements.

I moved in a bit over a year ago and I am leaving in a couple weeks. I honestly never should’ve moved in as i was quoted a different number than what my lease ended up being, and i had to re submit my lease like 3 times because the person working on my account didn’t know what they were doing. The day I moved in my dryer was just sitting in the middle of the living room not hooked up. And upon move in half of my appliances either didn’t work or needed immediate repairs. The unit was not move in ready. Overall I have not enjoyed my stay here at all, I didn’t have Ac all summer last year, they kept telling me my AC worked. Because it was blowing cool air. But my apartment never got below 85. Kept insisting it wasn’t the AC and that the ventilation was just bad. I Had to threaten to contact my lawyer for them to finally come install a new AC unit which wasn’t until September.
However Maintenance is great this was not their fault. Jonathan and Jose are honestly fantastic. Whenever I have issues they come out and communicate with me very well.

Lack of moral and legal standing
Moved in at winter time, had no heart for about 2 months (during some of the winter storms in January) wasn't offered a space heater until weeks after the fact, no decrease in rent despite its having to heat the place with our own space heaters costing double electric. We asked for a decrease and they said no. Now it's summer and we have to put the ac on 62 for it to cool off inside at a reasonable temperature. Not to mention the broken can't open windows and the fire alarm we don't have. Jonathan the maintenance man was nice

I had some issues with my a/c over the weekend and with Julia, Johnathan, and Jose help they got me back up in running in no time! I've been at this property for over 4 years now, and I must say this was one of the best experiences that I have had with the staff in a while.
I would also like to shout out Bailey as well. She was phenomenal in helping me do an immediate move-in when I had issues with my other apartment in the community.
Thank you all for all you do! I know it's not easy.

This has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever heard to live. My girlfriend lives here and the way she is treated by management is beyond disbelief. Manager is rude and unwilling to help with anything even when the apartment is literally falling apart. I listened in on a call and couldn’t believe that was the actual manager on the phone. There are cracks all over the walls and ceiling that maintenance has been over for on multiple occasions. The dishwasher and sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom never drain. Maintenance came to fix those and it was fixed for about a day before not working anymore. This smart key system they have going on doesn’t even work properly but they will still charge you for it. Why does my girlfriend have to risk her safety because her door was messed up and management didn’t get help out for a few days. The only positive she has about this place is the maintenance team. It’s beyond sad maintenance knows her by name because of all of the issues they have had to come by to fix and she hadn’t even lived here a year. If I had to live here management would despise me with all the stuff I’d say. Do better for your people. Rent is only going up for the normal person and customer service like this is not acceptable. If you don’t like your job then leave it and find something else. You are messing with peoples lives.
