Despite your assurances of a hassle-free transfer and ownership process, my experience has been anything but, marked by repeated delays, unmet promises, and a concerning lack of accountability from your team. To summarize my concerns: 1. Fast Tag Closure: I was informed that this would be handled by your team, yet it remains unresolved. 2. RC Transfer Delays: Initially promised by February 1st, this deadline has been pushed back multiple times without explanation, with the last communicated date being February 20th. Since then, I have received no updates or estimated completion time, leaving me in an unacceptable state of limbo. 3. Lack of Communication: Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances that I would be updated within 24-48 hours, I have yet to receive any substantial information or progress reports. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also undermines the trust and reliability I expect from your team. I must emphasize that the financial commitment I made in purchasing this vehicle was based on the trust in your company’s promises and service standards. The current situation is far from what was promised, and the continuous lack of resolution and communication is unacceptable. I urgently request a comprehensive update on the status of the aforementioned issues, including a clear and definitive timeline for the resolution of each. Furthermore, I insist on an explanation for the repeated delays and a detailed plan on how you intend to rectify this situation promptly. Please understand that my patience has been severely tested, and my dissatisfaction has reached a critical point. Failure to address these concerns adequately may compel me to consider further action. I expect a prompt response to this letter, ideally within the next 24 hours, with a call from a senior agent or manager to discuss this matter in detail. It sounds frustrating to not receive a response despite providing feedback through their review and filling out a concern form shared by them on google review. It’s disappointing when companies don’t prioritise customer satisfaction. Also to update all, they just delete the concerns raised by us from the back end and there is no way to identify since how many days the concern ticket is open.

Don't trust spinny, they will not respond to your queries/concerns once the car is sold. I had bad experience with spinny Vega Mall Bangalore, hub manager sunil dev doesn't even care customer problems.
Recently I bought a car from spinny Vega Mall Bangalore.its been almost 4 months they have not yet initiated RC transfer, when I call yo customer care they are telling rc is transferred, but when I track the status in vahan the process is not started. Vega Mall spinny hub team is not responding when I asked the same question to them, and they are telling once car is sold-out we are not responsible for other process, spring Vega hub manager sunil dev is not even picking my call, such a worst experience in had with spinny. The actual thing is they haven't collected any original RC copy and signature from seller when spinny buy the car from the owner, now RTO is not accepting to initiate RC transfer without owner to come and sign. I would recommend don't buy any car from spinny, at the time of buying the car spinny team will tell we will take care of everything, but they will never do
Good place. They give good respect to customers. But customers have to keep in mind that they cannot rush things here. Have patience while visiting the place, but service is amazing.
It is a great experience where I sold my Car. I am happy with the price, commitment and ease of process. I do like Raaju who helped me during the delivery of the car. He has shown patience when I said he has to wait for half an hour as I had one urgency. The money also got deposited in my account as promised. Overall I have a great experience.
Seamless experience thus far at Spinny and the entire process got over in 2 days. The team was highly professional, hospitable and transparent. Got the best possible price for my Honda City among all the e-commerce companies dealing in car resale. Look forward to seamless transfer of RC too within 3 months as promised.
Spinny has emerged as a great one stop shop for pre-owned, aka used, cars. Best thing about them is they keep/source/buy only the fittest cars put there. They do all the necessary checks and do the servicing and full cleaning of the cars themselves. You can rely on their expertise to have scrutinized the car from all possible ways and hence buy from them without any worry. Best. Cheap, if you also consider the value they add to the car in above mentioned terms. Value. And they delivered the car, gift wrapped, on an automatic truck at my doorstep in Bengaluru. Wow.
DON’T GO FOR SPINNY. WORST COMPANY We buyed Alto car in Spinny in Feb 2021, it was working fine for few days and now from past month it started troubling us. Gears are not working, and car is not moving at all. I Immediately called Spinny to explain the issue as they gave us 2 years of warranty, but they started ignoring saying their warranty will not work on gear system and stopped responding to my call. So, I tried meeting them directly and visited their office to talk to the manager. I waited almost from 5-6 hours, but manager didn’t show up. They are least responsible. Next day again we visited them, and they are still saying that you guys didn’t service your service the car that’s while issue raised, it will not be included in the Warranty. Firstly, they didn’t respond to customer properly. Such a WORST thing They are least bothered to a look at the vehicle to check whats issue is. PATHETIC Once cash paid no response from them. IRRESPONSIBLE Such a worst company. DON’T BUY any cars from them. No Value for customers after buying. They will do anything to Sell their cars. BAD Attitude.
