All the staff, doctors and nurses are professional and nice.Especially Mrs. Sofia the nurse is amazing!

My colleague received treatment from Dr. Ahmed and cannot stop bragging on the professional service, care, and competency of the clinic. Dr. Ahmed brought comfort and clarity to a very serious situation and we cannot be more thankful.

Shea Clinic is, simply put, the best in the business. My husband arrived with total hearing loss and under the skilled care of Dr. Ahmed, he recovered his hearing. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ahmed and his amazing staff. We traveled from out of state and will now highly recommend Dr. Ahmed and Shea Clinic to everyone we know. Their expertise is second to none. From the front desk staff to the nurses and Dr. Ahmed, every person we encountered was top notch. Dr. Ahmed and Shea Clinic deserve more than five stars! While we hope Jim has no more hearing problems, we will return again and again anytime we have issues.

Dr. Ahmed completely restored my hearing in my right ear. It was nothing short of a miracle. He was gracious and caring and genuinely interested in my recovery. The clinic was splendid in getting me seen almost immediately. I cannot recommend Dr. Ahmed and his team enough!

I was helped so much by Dr. Shea and his staff. I had been unable to function for about 3 months due to Ménière’s disease/relentless vertigo. I had tried everything I knew to try with little relief. Dr. Shea did a gentamicin perfusion in my affected ear. There were side effects for about the first 4 weeks, but since then I’ve gotten my life back! My experience has been life changing…for the good! I wish I had been to see Dr. Shea years sooner!

Sofia who gives allergy shots does a great job of getting you to the back fast ‼️I like how knowledgeable she is regarding the shots‼️she is always nice and very professional ‼️

Dr Shea and his team spend time to listen to my concerns at every visit. When my struggles with Ménière’s have been at the worst, he has patiently comforted me and given me the best options. Through treatments he has given me my life back. I pray God continues to use Dr Shea and his team to provide relief for all those struggling.

Dr Shea is definitely the absolute best there is in ear, nose, and throat surgery. I had a severely ruptured ear drum that wouldn’t heal on its own for four months. In my very first visit I received state of the art care. My hearing was measured and Dr. Shea personally went over my results with me. I was able to see for the first time the rupture in my ear drum. Dr She’s office has high powered camera technology and also has a CT scan device that allows him to give thorough and accurate analysis. In just one visit all of my questions were answered and my issues explained in a way that was very helpful and clear. My case would require a graft and tamplanoplasty. Dr Shea was and is very knowledgeable and an expert of his profession. The work he did on my ear is absolutely incredible. There was very minimal scaring and I can barely see where he removed tissues from my outer ear to prepare my graft. His work was so good that I had significant improvement in hearing and restorative high and low levels of sound post surgery. His lead RN was is the absolute best and I am very pleased with my experience. I cannot say enough positive things about him and his team. I feel very blessed to have met and be treated by him. He is compassionate, empathetic, very kind professional, and approachable. If you ever have an ENT need you will not regret going to the Shea Clinic. The wait time in office is truly worth it. Meeting him and receiving the level of quality care that I have and getting my ear fixed and heating restored is priceless for me. I’m so happy and thankful that God led me to his clinic. After going to several other doctors and not getting the card I needed, I received prompt and immediate exceptional care at the Shea clinic. I will forever be grateful and know where to go should I ever need help again. I wish him and his team the absolute best!

Dr Shea understood my situation and was able to get my Menieres under control and stop the vertigo. The entire staff was awesome and help me through this. Stacy was exceptionally awesome.

I cannot recommend Dr. Shea enough! He was so thorough with me and explained why I was having such a hard time hearing. We went with surgery and when I went back in for a check up a month later, I was amazed by how much more I could hear!! I will never forget the smile on his face with him saying, “we have hit a homerun!” He is such a blessing to me and has brought back something for me I thought was long gone.
