This review is specifically for the Reagan Medical center in Hamilton Mill DONT EVER GO THERE IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK! - that’s the sum of my advice Now here is the “actual” experience: I travel a lot for work. So I’m in planes and countries where viruses play. I returned from a trip and visited the clinic to seek advice and direction. After the check in process- and the COVID test , I was directed into the room to wait for the nurse practitioner. So now I’m expecting her to come in and examine me and at LEAST have a patient / medical expert conversation. She came to the door- shouted at me that “YOU HAVE COVID”. I will give you this and she left. No examination nothing else. She wrote a prescription that took hours to reach our pharmacy. Horrible nurse practitioner ! She is a kook and should be herding pigs ! Horrible experience ! With that said. I had to leave again on a trip and then returned and visited Reagan in Suwanee - night and day !! Best experience EVER! Go there if you are actually needing help!

They over charge. They don't tell you how much a test is and billed our insurance $900 for an office visit. It is impossible to talk to anyone in billing. The phone rings about 7 times and then it hangs up. Our family will NEVER go back to this crappy place.

Kimberly the nurse practitioner is a disrespectful bitch. I paid to be seen waited she came in the room didn’t like that my child was fussy and said “do you have someone who can get him” I said no because I am a single mom and don’t have help she told me to find someone to get him or I wouldn’t be seen. That is beyond ridiculous I work for a medical practice and we understand that sometimes kids get upset and we don’t let that hinder a patients care. That was so unprofessional.

The lobby staff is rude and unhelpful. There’s no reason to make an appointment because no matter what you’re going to sit there for at least an hour plus after your appointment time. We’ve had to leave several times before even being able to see anyone because they take so long. Absolute ridiculous.

I am having the worst time resolving a billing issue and have been threatened to be turned over to collections! I’ve been dealing with this matter for months and have no resolution. Each time I call the number on the paper bill, I get the same guy and he is absolutely NO help! He told me he could reduce my bill from $400+ to $200+ and if I didn’t pay he was submitting it to collections. I’ve spoken to my insurance provider multiple times and they’ve explained the bill should be covered 100%! My insurance even tried calling the billing number and no one answered, so they asked me to provide it to the billing dept and when I called I get the same guy. This guy tells me he handles “x” amount of phone calls daily and there is no way for him to call my insurance provider to clear the matter and finalize resolution. Instead they keep harassing me with the same bill and threaten to send me to collections. When I try to call again, I get no answer from any office location I call and then the phone automatically shuts off. I am furious and my next step is to call better business bureau!!!! This could have been resolved months ago, but instead I’ve gotten nowhere, no help to resolve it and my anxiety is through the freaking roof with this matter!!!!! I absolutely love Dr. Moon, but I am furious with the customer service within billing and delay in resolving this matter!

I would not recommend since I complained about my healthcare experience at the Hamilton Mill Location and nothing was done about it. I am much happier now with a different healthcare location and company that delivers a total patient experience. You can call the number to complain like I did but I received nothing but excuses with no results .

Samantha and Miranda were very helpful and understanding as I explained my issue. Camilo is always so cheerful and happy and always has a smile everytime I see her. She is amazing. My father has been seen by Linda Collins for several years now and I'm thankful to say that now so am I. 😊

This was the worst visit and experience I have ever been had. I went in for a ear infection and my insurance was supposed to pay for my office visit. And I made appointment to come a couple of weeks later for blood work. When I went in for my blood work they told them could not see me because their physicians were not my primary care physicians. So not only did I make child care arrangements for the appointment I also went all the way there for no reason because the people at the front desk clearly have no idea what they're doing. Now 3 months later I'm receiving a bill for both office visits when my insurance was supposed to cover one and I didn't even see a doctor on the second. I didn't even go past the front desk. I would not even take my dog to this office or any of their fellow offices worst place ever. Really suggest training their employees a little bit better. Or maybe the people that you have running your offices are incompetent and can't be trained and you should just get new people.

Staff not friendly at front desk, 3 staff at desk, none made eye contact. No one at facility and long wait Signs everywhere inside and out that masks are required before entering but staff not wearing masks.
