I have been coming to Oksana seeing Zhanna for 16 years and can’t say enough good things about Zhanna, Oksana and all the staff. Highly recommend!

After having the same person do my hair in my former home of Los Angeles for many years, I was nervous about venturing to a new salon for services. I’m so glad I checked out this neighborhood gem. Alex was an amazing nail artist. She made suggestions and remembered my preferences. She was also kind and warm and I always enjoyed our chats. My hair was done by Ashley and I was thrilled with the results. I highly recommend both these ladies and the salon. The salon is also affordable for the quality of care they offer. Very clean and professional! I just wish you could tip with Venmo or via credit card! Cash tipping can be a pain! Bummed to be moving and unable to go back, though! Thank you Oksana- I have to say you are just as good, if not better, than my trendy overly expensive salon in LA! Ten stars!

This salon charged me $96 to get a simple bun done on my 6 year old daughter!!!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!! I called and booked a bun for my 6 year old daughter's dance recital. I specifically told the receptionist this. I had previously taken my daughters here for haircuts which cost $35. In the haircut appointments they wash, cut, and blow dry the hair. The bun my daughter received was a simple bun the took 15 minutes to complete. You can imagine my shock when I went to pay and they told me it would be $96!!!!! I was stunned and confused. I said this cannot be right! They told me it was booked as a "special occasion updo" and they could not change it in the computer system. They told me a manager would be in on Monday whom I could speak with. The manager on Monday told me the stylist and owner both agree that $96 is a fair fee for a 6 year old child's simple bun. The manager proceeded to insinuate that I could not afford the price and this was the reason for my dismay. There was no apology, acknowledgement of error, or offer to rectify the situation. I have been going to this salon for 10 years and the owner does not care about losing a longtime customer. She has no regard for customer service, loyalty, or honest pricing.

I am from New York. I managed a salon for many years and have had a couple bad experiences at other local salons. This was my first time here. My husband got me a giftcard knowing I’m dying to color my hair. I saw Kaylee. I was so nervous and beyond annoying . She had two full consultations. 50 pictures later. And still said don’t worry take your time. And I’m so in love with my hair. She did an amazing job! She listened to me. And made sure we were on the same page! She was a sweet heart! I’m pregnant. She listened and took her time while concerned with the integrity of my hair. And I was so worried. She said a million times don’t worry. She took pictures and made sure I was completely happy. It’s beyond what I expected. Thank you! I’m looking forward to seeing you very soon!

Oksana herself did my hair. The quality of the cut and style were 5-Star. With that said, I must add that as a first time customer I was expecting a more personal experience. There was literally no attempt at conversation, or any other interaction except for the service rendered. During my entire cut she and another stylist were in nonstop conversation about much I didn’t care to hear, and not once did she check in with me. I have no financial limitation but feel that if I’m going to spend a good amount of money on a service, the experience as a whole should be coequal to that amount. On a positive note , the young Woman who shampooed my hair was very personable. I haven’t returned and probably won’t. Great cut but terrible interpersonal experience.

This amazing spa is located right in town. The staff is very courteous and will tend to your every need. Worth a visit
