Chris, was awesome from the minute I walked in to the store. Very helpful I informed her I’m just looking. I was looking for a specific Dining table was not on the floor. I showed her the picture right away she looked on the computer she said it’s in stock and I can get it for you when your ready. Honored the sale price. My overall Experience was a 10+. It took me 2 weeks to decide. Never once did she rushed me. ( She’s the BEST Salesperson) Service was so good. I end up buying a Leather living room set!! I absolutely love my new furniture. Chris, the manager, was absolutely lovely to talk to. Helped us out in such a kind manner. Felt respected and didn't feel pressured. Cares a lot about getting the right mattress for you and has been selling them for 25 years. She knows best!

I purchased a bed frame, dresser, and protection plan from the location in South Austin in Nov 2021. I received the dresser damaged and was told that someone would be in contact with me to send another one out. After two weeks I reached out to them to let them know I hadn't heard from anyone. I was then told my dresser would be delivered the following Monday and someone would call two days before to confirm. I never received that call and reached out. Over the course of the months I continued to reach out only to find out my dresser was no longer in stock. Long story short because it is a long story. Here we are Feb 2022 and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I made several attempts to contact management over the upcoming months. I requested a refund of my dresser and protection plan. I was told that I could not receive a refund of the protection plan. I don't need a $200 protection plan for a bed that cost $500. No apology for the inconvenience was made of any kind. I contacted the cooperate office and was only able to leave a voicemail. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They do not care about your time or money. I will not be shopping here again.

Chris was our sales person. She was great. Very informative and wasn't intrusive. Didn't feel pressured at all. Gave us plenty of time to make up our mind. And once we made our decision she got us through all the paperwork quickly and smoothly. Everyone was very personable and professional.

Update: never received our furniture and this place is refusing to remove the charge from the financing bank we used. So my credit is being affected. Horrible. Recommend to find furniture elsewhere!!! Terrible management of furniture delivery. Since we were given a delivery date at the time of purchase we got rid of our old furniture-a bed set one day before the said delivery date. When we called on the date of the delivery to get more information on the approximate time of delivery we were told by the distribution center that it would be another month before we got our furniture. They even told us on the phone that the store keeps telling customers the wrong delivery date, I presume they do this so people will be more enticed to purchase furniture thinking it’s going to be delivered soon. This is beyond frustrating, especially as a pregnant woman. Completely unprofessional.
