2 months ago I was having extreme problems with my vision Bright lights we painful Everything was blurry Smoke filled every room…Not really…But it seemed that way Then I went to Dr Kouchouk In the words of the blind man who was healed by Jesus “Once I was blind, but now I see” The procedures were fast and painless The staff was extremely efficient The Dr was knowledgeable and most important…It worked

Dr. Kouchouk was excellent and very nice. He did everything that was needed for my mother-in-law. Great ophthalmologist! I would highly recommend him.

My dad who’s well into his 70s was having vision problems so we went here and had go through the rudest and most condescending front desk person. Never coming here again.
If I could give this institute negative 10 i would but unfortunately there’s no option for it,Long story short my father went there for an exam which was covered by his insurance but at the end he was told by one of the secretaries that he has to pay a $35 fee in-order to get the necessary documentation,There’s no reason for them to charge an application fee and when i asked for a receipt they gave me a not valid receipt with no name and reason for which I was charged.The staff is rude not helpful and not professional at all.I contacted the insurance and I’ve been told I should not be charged for any application fee,the secretaries are definitely doing fraud and shady stuff.(DO NOT VISIT THIS INSTITUTION)
If you ever visit this office get ready to spend at least an hour before being visited by the doctor. Very nice staff but the doctors would rather take breaks instead of seeing their patients.
Very professional staff, amiable and helpful. Dr. Harazi's very friendly and treats you with respect and patience. Being a person with a condition which makes me use a power chair, it is important to be treated as any other "regular patient". I recommend this place highly.
I took my 81 yr. Old mom to this place. I liked this place because it was very sterile clean. The staff is in uniforms, and they are professional, because employees seem to be working and not chatting with each other. We had a 10am appointment and started the eye tests right away. The young lady assisting us did answer my questions, my only feedback would be to explain what test and why we are performing these tests. They did say they would validate parking. I appreciated when the tech did not understand something she asked for assistance for clarification from supervisor. The lobby was full of patients and it seemed everyone was being taken care of. Overall I was impressed with the care they provided my mother. The procedures performed where to prepare for cataract surgery. I will provide a follow up review when that is scheduled.
