My son goes to VPK at Leap Ahed preschool. He is very happy… Ms Ida is an amazing teacher and teaches by heart! Highly recommend it!

I hate this place. My child does is not included in any of the class pictures of activities even when I dress my child up for the occasion request. They add fees without prior then force you to pay. I am removing my child.

Absolutely worst school ever, infested with bedbugs and other rodents. Lies on children and gives children to wrong parents. Absolutely do not send your child here

My daughter started going here at 10 months old. The staff was great with her and helping both of us through the transition. The teacher in the infant room is wonderful, she really cares and does a great job with keeping her on her schedule and meeting her individual needs. Ms. Ida is very nice and was great with helping transition my daughter to solid foods during the day while still in the infant room and goes above and beyond to help with anything else my daughter or I need! The owners are both very nice, knowledgeable and hands on with the parents and children. My daughter enjoys coming here and does not cry when I drop her off, she is happy to see her teachers and friends and this makes me so happy and is a great indication of the quality of care she is receiving. She is now transitioning to the 1 year old room and I look forward to watching her continue to excell at Leap Ahead!

*** Update Also since the school is lying on my son or failed to mention to us that my son ever threw anything at anyone! You say my son is “special needs” but you knew that when he signed up for the school, as I mentioned you were well aware that he was going through evaluations, I was also given the information for child find to get him evaluated through broward schools from your “preschool” so please save the lies! How we were treated was disgusting and you know it! Thank you
I had the worst experience with this school, my son has been in daycare since he was 6 months he is 3, he is a very hyper active child and also has speech delays. I cried to Mrs Ida (the director) before starting him because we were going through a very stressful time with him, getting him evaluations and worrying about his future, she assured me they would not give up on him. I signed him and my daughter up(her first time in daycare ever) I paid the $250 for registration and they started, less then a month later on a Wednesday at 4:55 I received a phone call that the owner says he seen my son try to escape the classroom and that he is a liability, no warning, or any other explanation. I have emailed the owner multiple times and nothing. We received no money back from the registration or for the remainder of the week I had to take off of work because of it! They do not let you inside the building when you drop off or pick up your child. I can not even tell you the amount of diaper rashes my daughter came home with within those few weeks. They also handed my daughter to her grandmother, who had never picked up my children before, without checking any kind of identification. It’s hard to find a daycare to take 1 child let alone a toddler and an infant . I did manage to find an amazing school who genuinely love my children. Do not waste your time or money on this school! They do not care about children they care about money !

This is a horrible environment for any child. No one speaks English except the director. They accept ELC which my daughter has, but they still took $450 from her 2 days before the ELC transferred and then decided to kick him out saying he is too aggressive. They dont allow ANY parent to actually enter the school. You have to drop them off outside of the school and someone takes them inside. My grandson is going through ABA therapy for speech and is shadowed by the therapist for 4 hours each day 8-12. The therapist informed me of all the lies I was told on day 1. They do not take him to the toilet at all, since he doesnt ask. He came home raw and chaffed on day 1. They lied about the ratio of teachers to students, stating there is only 11-15 children in his class, when in fact there was 28-30. The fact that no one speaks English is an issue for a normal toddler, how is anyone going to tach your child anything if they cant even communicate with them. I will be calling DCF to start a case, to call this a learning school is honestly a travesty. The director, who is the only English speaking person is on vacation for a week while all this is going on, they teachers don't like the fact that someone is in the class holding them accountable for what and how they treat the children. Which is also why no one is allowed into this center. As a parent, you should be able to talk to the teachers about how your child's day went, but here they keep everything a secret and tell you nothing! When the therapist approached the teachers, the reply was "why did you tell the mom about these things" (in Spanish of course, our therapist is multi lingual so can understand well).. well because the child is my responsibility not your lies! Stay as far away from here. I'm sure they are going to keep the $450 that was paid, because they are frauds and don't care about the child... only the money! Lunch was cold daily, diapers not changed at all... rude staff to the therapist... just why. Schools like this should lose their license as quickly as they steal your money! .... edited to add the following - As you can see by the response this place has no clue. It was a boy that you expelled not a girl. and I was never in your facility, my daughter was (who is the childs mother). We explained from the beginning that he was special needs but you didnt mind accepting the money from us and ELC. We never received anything in writing from you that wasnt in spanish, we dont speak spanish, nor do we read spanish. The discrimination you show to special needs children is not in line with the way you carry yourselves. The therapist has said enough, and she will also be telling the DCF staff along with her supervisors. I would check with your staff as to what was said prior to making false statements. Thank god we are out of your horrible establishment, i feel sorry for the children left in your (un)care.

My son attended this school after being home schooled for 3 years. From day one the teachers and front staff have been welcoming and very friendly. My son loves to go to school every single day. He has learned so much in the threes class i was blown away! The classrooms are very neat and organized. The teachers there truly have your child best interests at heart and take great care of the kids

My son has been attending Leap Ahead for more than 2 years now and we could not be happier with the care he receives. All of the teachers and staff take the time to get to know each child and the owners are very involved. The school is constantly making improvements and including the parents in events. I would recommend this school to anyone, including older children looking for afterschool care or summer camps.
