Did not have my furniture delivered as promised last Friday. Do not have anything to sit on. Koala Living Customer Service is terrible. Nobody wants to take ownership neither is there anyone who can make a decision and have my furniture delivered on the next truck available. Which should be the case.

My furniture was supposed to be delivered to my home weighing in at 145kg. I was assured it would be delivered to my door by the sales staff. I paid $165.00 for this service and waited 3 months. It was delivered to the local depot 25kms away. They were kind enough to help me pack it in, and I just managed to unpack it only to find it was damaged at the bedhead post. I signed for it but who can tell. The bedhead featuring herringbone was joined timber everywhere and one particular piece looks awful. There are joins throughout all the timber and bed for which I paid $1699.00. I won’t purchase from your company again. The quality is nothing like the advertising display and the delivery was a nightmare. What a waste of money. I’ll certainly report on my experiences with quality and delivery in Social Media.

Koala Living customer service is very bad. I have bought so many many thing from Koala. I got my product delivery broken. I couldn’t come to the store straight away to exchange because of my work. I came to the store at Auburns 7 days after I received my product . they have the product at the store but they don’t want to exchange for me and told me to send pictures of the broken piece to the online customer services they will organise the pick up and exchange for me because of their policy they can’t help. I sent email to cskoalaliving.com then they told me they will not exchange for me because I noticed them too late, they only exchange within 72 hours. How the hell I know that, OMG. Very very upset, and disappointed they treated customers so bad, will never ever purchase from Koala again.

Do not order from this company. Went into store to order a couch we were told it would be protected when it arrived. Ordered online and realised it didn't come with protective fabric. we had to apply ourselves. I asked for a refund within 24hrs and they are trying to charge us $792 to cancel. Very unethical and wrong!

Bought 2 Malta 3 seaters a few weeks ago and was told it would be delivered at the end of April. The store requested a $1300 deposit, weeks later no update. I called to get a status update ( which does not route to the shop itself but a customer service centre ) only to be told the items would be delayed until end of May or longer but no definite date could be provided. I had not received any update that there was any delay on delivery, I did request to be put through to the store, and I was advised that they will pass my details to the store for a call back. I also requested a refund, which apparently could not be done. Wish I read some of the other reviews on this company before buying from them.

I purchased my items back in June 2021 and absolutely love them still, great quality and beautiful style I am always getting compliments! Price was very reasonable and delivery time was within a week of purchase. Overall great experience with Koala Living.

Please be aware of this business. Our delivery was 7 months delayed and was delivered a damaged one. They asked me to pay cash $200 on delivery which was never mentioned on their website. Very dodgy business. We got the refund for the table only because we took them to fair trading. However we lost our $200 on the delivery as it was paid to the third party. Fair Trading can't help you if the delivery was made to another party. So please be very careful before you spend your hard earned money. On top of all, the experience we had is the most horrible customer service.
