All exceeding expectations. • Client Services - Everyone I speak to are lovely and helpful. I don’t have any bad things to say about them. • Care Co-ordinator – Lara is lovely. She is so lovely to speak to over the phone. She has such a caring nature and I love her accent. • Care Manager Nat - Honestly Nat I have never had anyone like you. You genuinely care and I tell you things I haven't even told my own kids I just trust you and know that I can go to you for support and help. • Meal services - Lite n easy is helping me as I cannot cook for myself anymore. They are tasty enough and delivery is good • Home Instead - I would never think to go with anyone else. You have made such a difference to my life. My caregivers help me so much as I cannot do much for myself anymore due to my pain. I am so thankful to have them come.

Amazing service- you guys are my angels.. you take care of my mum, make sure she is dry, showered, has her medication and has something to eat. I know she is in good hands when the care givers are here.

I am a client of Home Instead - Dianne. My caregiver Lenane is just superb. We communicate so easily and there is nothing she doesn’t do for me. My caregiver Amanda is the same, she will help with anything I ask for help for. Both are exceeding expectation. My physio, Division One, Derek is a very nice person. He knows what he is doing and he can tell the different muscles in the arm and he is working my tight muscles and I have better movement in my shoulder. My client service specialist Tama, she is a very nice person. My care manager Nat, Your lovely Natalie. Because you understand with your nursing background. There is nothing I can't tell you and you always go above and beyond for me. My client care co-ordinator Lara, she has been really nice. Lara is sweet over the phone. The accounts team I always send my statements through the post . It was really hard for me to accept help from caregivers, but I am really happy, I think everybody at Home Instead is really lovey and I don’t ever have a problem. I picked you from your name as I love that’s its Home instead, it’s exactly what we want with staying in our own home.

Every person in the office at Home Instead Wollongong, has been extremely kind and helpful. It is an amazing work environment.
