After using Dovida NB now for several months I have no hesitation in recommending them as a provider for your loved one. My older brother, has a number of health conditions with Dovida providing exceptional care. From transport to medical appointments and caregiver visits. They answer my calls knowing exactly who I am and immediately help with my concerns. The entire staff are very caring and treat my brother with the dignity he deserves at his time of need. Excellent service particularly from my mother's carer Shandelle. My 95 year old mother can be difficult to please but we hit the jackpot with our carer. She understands and cares for mum at the highest level. The great thing about Dovida is that they provide continuity of care by having the same carer who comes to know and appreciate my mother's needs. Thank you Dovida for the wonderful people you employ and thank you Shandelle for the peace of mind you give my family.

Dovida Pymble Northern beaches have been fantastic with their professional advice on keeping our elderly mother living in her own home safely and supported. They came to the hospital to advocate alongside us to keep mum at home and we have set up daily services for carers who are able to meet her needs. The carers Simone and Prue are kind and caring and my mother is very happy to allow them assist her. The executive staff Donna and her team who manage our case have supported me in navigating the aged care journey and help us access packages while we wait on funding. Mum is a unique person and requires a unique personality to keep her company. We trialled many carers, who were all great, but not quite the right fit. We then had Sarah and she was the one in 10 million we were looking for! She is a 12 out of 10! It is such a luxury for me to be able to go to karate without anything distracting my attention!
