Dovida Sydney Hornsby & Hills gives wonderful service. They may have changed their name recently but the care and friendly service is just as good, caring and compassionate as ever. My husband Peter has had neurosurgery for a brain tumour and at 85 also suffers dementia. He has been given a home care package and the Care Manager, Emma, makes sure he is given everything to make his life as easy as possible. What's more she checks with me regularly to see how we are going and if there is anything else can be done. It is such a relief to know the friendly staff at Dovida are there to give some regular help. Thank you Dovida.

You were such an important part of her final years. The caring and support you provided helped her to stay in her own home, which is what she wanted so much. Thank you for your love and care for her x

At a time when we were uncertain as to how to best care for mum, Home Instead were excellent - calm, flexible, understanding and adaptive to life's ups and downs. We used them for an extended period until mum entered full time care, and it meant she got months more time in her own home with carers we all liked and trusted. Thanks Home Instead!

I've recently joined as a Social Support carer, and those whom I've been in contact with, either over the phone or in person have all been very lovely and helpful to me with anything I've needed to know. It's great to call up and be greeted with care and pleasantness. Also I love getting emails informing us about what's going on and photos etc. Thankyou to all at Home Instead.

CAREGiver Cecilia is like a little miracle and angel. Nothing is a problem. Always does a fantastic job. It's a delight to see her.

My wife has been assessed for a Level-2 Healthcare package. We contacted our current Assisted Living provider to contact us to explain exactly what was available to us and what we had to do. Despite several requests no contact was forthcoming. On contacting Home Instead the matter was speedily resolved within a matter of days and we have now signed with them. The ladies we have dealt with have been without exception charming, efficient and reliable. We are delighted with our FIND and would certainly recommended them to anyone requiring home assistance. If our acquaintance had been longer than the few short weeks it has, I have no doubt I would have rated Home Instead at 5 star!

To the beautiful 'family' that is Home Instead, Thornleigh. I wanted to thank you on behalf of myself and my family for the incredible care and support that you gave to my mother, Monica (and also supporting me, too as I was also caring for Mum). I was desperate to find care for Mum when I got Covid and had to isolate at Xmas time and hearing Leanne's voice on the other end of the phone, saying,'We'll help you, Wendy' made me cry. And just as promised, they followed up immediately and their Carers were beautiful. The entire team at Home Instead went 'over and beyond' in the months before Mum passed away to support Mum in being able to die in her home with myself and my brother there, with her. Home Instead's heart and empathy will never be forgotten and those amazing women, all of them is what got us through that very stressful and emotional time. Home Instead felt and still feels like family....and you just can't get better than that ❤️

My parents were involved with Home Instead Thornleigh for 6 years. Both of them had complex health issues. They loved their home and were determined to remain there. It was with the assistance of the Home Instead team that they were able to achieve this. Home Instead provided support on many levels. They were always professional but at the same time extremely caring, always reliable and having to be flexible as things changed daily. As 3 of us 4 children lived interstate we relied heavily on the office staff to manage their care for us. They were available 24 hours of the day. We were extremely grateful for the high quality care my parents received in their final years. I can highly recommend Home Instead - Thornleigh.

I cannot thank Tanya , Lyn and all the staff at Home Instead ( Hornsby &Hills District ) they have been an amazing support for my Mother and I since my father passed away 2 years ago . The staff have gone out of their way to find carers that suited Mums personality and needs . The carers have always been very kind and patient and over time my Mum has actually become more outgoing and has got her sense of humour back .!! My mum has recently gone into an aged care facility but I have continued the carers visits as Mum she has become very fond of them and enjoys their company .
