Writing this review on behalf of husband Dan M. “I have been so happy with previously Home Instead, now Dovida, with the services for my wife, who lives with dementia. Everyone of the caregivers have been amazing. The support the organisation has given myself & my wife since 2022 has been outstanding, couldn’t recommend them enough”.

Dovida are a wonderful organisation to work with. The staff are kind, caring and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

Home INSTEAD is an amazing company! Everyone is incredibly caring and loving and their hearts really are for the elderly. Equipping their staff with the training they need to provide the quality cares for their clients is very high. From the minute I stepped into their building I just felt the love and welcoming in the atmosphere. Come and join them and find out for yourself!!

Dear Home Instead, I want to thank Jackie for the time and effort she puts into to finding us enjoyable places to visit, Personally I am finding shorter trips more relaxing and not so tiring. Our outing on the 5th of June to Manly yacht club was and excellent example, this certainly was a wonderful morning outing beautiful views and such cherry company. I have found Home Instead 101% in communication. They completely exceeded my expectations. Everyone is doing a wonderful job. Everything I discuss with them gets done, I do not have to call to follow up and question if things are actioned. I want people to know that Home Instead is one of the good ones.

We have been with Home Instead Redlands, and Logan for over Two Years. at first this Company provided us with Fantastic Service, and wonderful Support Workers. since the change in Management we have had nothing but problems, with the Admin Staff, messages not being passed on, and when we tried to cancel the service, they still sent our normal shift. with the New Management I would not Recommend this company to a Family member, or Friend.

I find the carers wonderful, they can't do enough for you. They are kind, compassionate, caring, very reliable, show initiative and help out around the house even when not asked - they go above and beyond and are wonderful to chat with. Communication with Home Instead is good. We can always get through to the office and always get a prompt response to our query. It is very reassuring to know I can leave mum in capable hands when I am going out and don't have to stress.

Very good people. Very understanding and very helpful. I am very happy to be with Home Instead. The ladies who come to care for me are wonderful and the office is always on point with communication.

We have found the service very helpful and prompt. Our query is answered or we get told they'll get back to us and we always get a response. All the scheduling and office staff are friendly and enjoy to have a laugh. The carers are very helpful.

Priceless help from Home Instead and I wouldn't be without it. Everything I have ever requested is always done straight away and very efficiently. All our carers are very prompt and assist with what we require. Ingrid brings her guitar and Janice engages by moving to the music or sometimes singing along - which is huge as due to the dementia, she does not engage in much.

Absolutely happy with Home Instead. I couldn't ask for a better bunch of people. I enjoy going on outings with my carers. I have never had any trouble getting through to anyone in the office when I need to speak to some one. No waiting on hold! I would always recommend Home Instead to anyone who is looking for assistance

I love the assistance I receive from my regular care workers Sheree, Glenda and Jane. They are all wonderful and go above and beyond. Someone always gets back to me if I need to get in touch. I like that I am able to text my Care Manager who always responds to my queries.

I am very impressed by the way Home Instead is able to continue to treat family and the clients with an individual touch. My enquiries are immediately answered and I am always able to get onto someone and our needs are met in a timely manner. I have even had to call on a Sunday before and even then was able to speak to someone. Very happy with the care staff and management. I trust them all and they all do a good job.

Home Instead has been fantastic for my father and our family. Care Manager Ani has always gotten back to me, advised and listened - probably more than required to help us navigate this journey. We have been so absolutely pleased with the Care staff in particular CAREGiver Neil. He is not intrusive and very perceptive. Neil takes his role and duties extremely seriously and has been a tremendous assistance to us. Dad has a very good rapport with Neil and looks forward to days with him.

The fact that we can always speak with someone on the phone when we need to is huge. Knowing there is a local office is a comfort. All the staff know dad when we mention his name, they don't have to look him up before they know who we are talking about. Continuity with our Care Manager and CAREGivers is really good and important - particularly when dealing with someone with cognitive decline.

I am satisfied with the running of things and pleased of the support and help I receive. When I ring up I get support straight away which is important for someone who has no family or friends to lean on. With my extended family of Home Instead workers - All good. Very pleased.

The care from the CAREGivers for dad is great. Dad looks forward to the CAREGivers coming. Both Robyn's encourage dad to go out and always happy to assist. There is always thought behind the services and assisting with social supports for dad. Kerren is also amazing. The guidance, patience and availability from Care Manager Ani has been wonderful. Assistance with speeding My Aged Care up with the upgrade for dad has been appreciated. Ani has been there guiding us and nothing has been "too hard" with us. Communication from the office if there are changes is fantastic. We are always kept up to date.

The sincerity of all the staff were very comforting through emotional times. Always giving the time for any queries and requests that was needed. Like a second family. Thank you and a special thank you to Maureen Jeffries who was outstanding.
