I give Amanda Burow (provider to Dovida) BIG ZERO IF I CAM She came to my house to join Dovida as my provider, i gave her the code number and a the letter from Service Australia, the letter shows that i have exemption from contribution, the balance are Zero. She ask me to check my house for safty, i show her the house, and she left. In about 3-4 hours, she call me back, saying that, SHE INVESTIGATE ABOUT ME AND SHE GAVE ME SOME (LIES) INFORMATIONS ABOUT MY AGED CARE, AND THE ASSISTS BECAUSE I HAVE A HOUSE. AND ANOTHER LIES ABOUT WHEN I HAD THE APPROVAL for my aged care, and try to convince me of the her lies informat. ion. That i was approved for hame care package in year 2025 but didn't mention any details, and I HABE TO PAY CONTRIBUTION, AND SHUTE ME UP EVERY TIME I TRY TO TALK. ALSO SHE KEPT READING THE NAME OF THE PROVIDER I HAD IN THE BEFORE, I NOTICED THAT ALL THAT LIES JUST TO CHARGE CONTRIBUTION THAT WHAT SHE SAID FINALLY I HAD TO SCREAM TO GET HER LISTEN TO ME, BECAUSE I HAVE A LETTER FROM MY AGE CARE ABOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE YEAR AND THE DATA FOR AGE CARE. ALSO ALL MY PREVIOUS PROVIDERS, THAT'S NON OF HER BUSINESS, HER JOB IS GET ME SIGN AND PROVIDE ME WITH SERVICES. BUT SHE GAVE HERSELF MORE THAN HER LIMITE (she's a provider to get the services i need) BUT TO SAY LIES TO CHARGE CONTRIBUTION

I worked as a carer for 15 years and have never worked with a more caring and competent carer as Judyann. Judyann is an amazing carer and I hope Dovida realise what a treasure they have working for them. Judyann was very important in mum's life and my life. Thanks for all the kindness, empathy and love she gave to mum. The office staff are courteous and helpful and professional and answer questions in a timely and thorough manner and follow up on concerns.

Caregivers Jess and Katy always arrived with a smile. Interacted with both mum and dad rather than just dad, even though she is largely non-verbal due to vascular dementia. Picked flowers from the garden, because they know mum loves them. If mum said no to something - Jess particularly knew to leave it for a few minutes then ask again, often getting a yes. Suggestions? Clone Jess. Jess particularly has a gentle delightful way with people, I would support her with studies. She would also be a terrific mentor for new workers starting with Dovida. We would definitely recommend Dovida. Care Manager Louise has been prompt in following up requests and queries. We also very much valued her follow up when mum was admitted to hospital and transitioned to respite then permanent care. Staff timely with calling and advising of any changes. Overall extremely happy with the service from Louise Jen and Katy team.

Caregiver Paul M had patience and empathy with Roger. He was encouraging and reliable, a wonderful carer and his support was absolutely invaluable. Care Manager Caroline and Coordinator Emma were absolutely brilliant at all times.

Dave was an amazing carer, so keen and always bright, happy and on the ball. So grateful for the time he spent with Bob which gave me a rest. Karyn the cleaner was just as awesome, she was so caring and nothing was too much trouble. She was a great cleaner. No changes required, we would definitely recommend Home Instead to family and friends.

Very pleased with all aspects, CAREGivers Tracy and Michelle were friendly, efficient and always obliging. Dianne from the office was always most helpful. I have recommended Home Instead on quite a few occasions to others.

Caregiver Deb was the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. She gave all and above every time she visited and always looked for ways she could help me too. Absolutely wonderful, Sarah also was excellent - sweet and kind and wanting to do her best. Care Manager Caroline was always caring and genuinely wanting to do all she could to help us. She was very efficient with any requests, always very prompt. She has a genuinely kind and caring way about her. We found Home Instead to be very efficient in every way. Thank you for attending to Allan's needs so well. Absolutely would recommend Home Instead.

Outstanding carers, always professional, considerate, well-presented and made mum feel nothing was too hard, while maintaining her dignity and independence. Her Care Manager always communicated the expenses and budget status, making sure that we got value for money. Absolutely recommend Home Instead, many family members have used them.

Mum always spoke highly of CAREGiver Tomomi and looked forward to her visits for either showering or cleaning of the apartment. Tomomi always worked hard and treated mum well - respectful and kind. Most appreciated that high level of care given to mum. Mum was always treated respectfully and in a caring way. Mum looked forward to the days that she would be seeing Tomomi. Mum enjoyed the company and joyful communication with Tomomi. No changes, you are all amazing! I would recommend HI to everyone. CM Caroline went out of her way to visit mum regularly to see if there were additional services on offer. Thanks Caroline for being there at all times for mum - much appreciated.
