Home Instead have been absolutely brilliant over the past 12 months, providing home care to my Mum. Maddie, her current care giver is amazing - so friendly and always using her initiative to provide excellent support. Katrina, our Care Co-ordinator, is so helpful and goes out of her way to provide fabulous administrative support. She has always provided sound advice, as we negotiate the My Aged Care system. Carer Maddi goes out of her way to help and is very good with my husband. She is willing to have a go at anything and has just started cooking for us! Carer Hannah is also a great Carer and is always looking for extra tasks to do when she can. I am very happy with Home Instead's services.

While it's unfortunate we did not have a chance to fully utilise various services and assistance as discussed. I very much would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation of CAREGiver, Jane's personal care assistance for the last year and a half. Her great attitudes and approach to dad's deteriorating condition over the period of time.
