As my husband recently joined Dovida and has been very happy with the care and services he has been receiving. l have decided to join the company as well, his positive care and experience, has given me confidence in the quality of support Dovida provide.
Husband is currently being provided with care services with Dovida Geelong. The service delivery & communication is exceptional. We hope it continues.
We have used Dovida for just over 12 months and the whole experience has been excellent. Carers have been very supportive and contacting the office is easy. Very happy overall. Amy, our Care Manager, has been very supportive.

I am extremely happy with the cleaning of my home that Victoria M from Dovida has done. Nothing is to much too ask and I certainly would recommend her. Victoria M has done an excellent job. I would highly recommend Dovida Geelong. Dovida provides an outstanding team.

My care manager Matt recommended Merge to modify our bathroom and put a ramp at back and it has been an absolute nightmare. Even though I asked them not to pay invoice for merge before the work was inspected it was paid out .We now have to pay about another $20 grand to fix bathroom and we had to pay 3 hours for handyman to adjust ramp so we could open back door to our unit .As far as our cleaning team and Gardner's go they are an absolute blessing
We have the best experience with the support team at Dovida. We appreciate the beautiful care and professional manner in which the team look after our mum. We thank all the support team in particular Victoria for everything they do and for looking after our special mum with such kindness and care. Thank you.

Victoria M was an absolute pleasure to welcome into my home and helped to get me back on top of my house work after a struggling year... She came in with her sparkling cleaning fairy wings on and worked her magic!!! Thankyou so much Victoria!!!

The company is very good. Everyone has been very helpful and caring. Services have been very good. Javeria the care giver is a lovely lady and very easy to get on with.

My mother has been receiving care from the staff at Dovida for several months now..my father has commented often how wonderful and caring the staff are, I have met several of the carers and have to agree. Mum’s care manager Suzanne is lovely and very approachable..Dad only has to give her a call and she does what she can to answer his questions or concerns. Our family is very grateful for the care Mum is receiving from Dovida..Thankyou.

My father has been receiving care through Dovida for the past 12 months, and the experience, for him and us, has been excellent. He has no complaints whatsoever… his words! He’s very happy with the cleaning staff, they do a great job. One of the highlights has been having a gardener visit regularly to help with his veggie garden. It’s kept him active and allowed him to continue doing something he really enjoys. A special thanks to his care manager, Suzanne, who has been wonderful from the beginning. She checks in often — both in person and by phone — and always takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure everything is going smoothly. We’re really grateful for the support Dovida provides. Knowing he’s well cared for gives our family real peace of mind.

Dovida to me is a life saver..My husband passed away some time ago and left me devastated..The garden become totally over grown .The house was not like i wanted to keep it..Then along come Suzanne Berry my Case manager..Suzanne made things change for me she introduced Adam a new young enthusiastic gardener..He worked so hard over a few weeks going above and beyond what I expected now my garden is pristine and Adam is very much a favourite of mine.nothing is a trouble to him.Suzanne then introduced to me an OT..next thing with him I was able to get a walker and a new matress needed for my health. I love it..He was a lovely man willing to help me with what my package could afford..I am 84 and on a package 2. I have home help with Sarah once a fortnight..she has done my pantry linen press and basically anything I ask her too..Another success story..I have to say life has become much happier and Suzanne is still working on things needed for me when my package allows it.OT made a list.. Many thanks Suzanne you have been a life line to me as is Adam gardener the OT and Sarah. Thank you Dovida for making this possible with the staff and service you have provided.. .Christmas Party was lovely as well..
