My client care manager (for my Mum) is Jessica Studham. She was very caring, helpful and above all very professional. Nothing was too much trouble to implement as we discussed my 90 years old mothers care plan. Great job Jessica keep up the good work.

Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to witness the incredible culture and support system at Dovida Geelong. It’s clear that their team is not only committed to delivering high-quality care to clients, but also to uplifting one another through every challenge and success. People like Jess, Tammy, Emma, and the dedicated Scheduling team truly go above and beyond to create a positive, empowering environment. I can't recommend the team at Dovida enough. I'm very happy with the service that they are providing my parents. Friendly and professional carers. It gives me peace of mind and takes a lot of pressure off. Definitely 5 Stars 🌟

Our son has been supported by Home Instead through a wonderful carer (Vera) for a few years now. The professional and attentive service that Home instead have provided our son gives us a great peace of mind and is a natural and comfortable fit for our family.

2 years ago my mum received care through Carers Gateway and they employed Home Instead to provided social company twice a week. We were so happy and impressed with the two ladies that when mum was approved for a Care Package we didn't hesitate to sign up with Home Instead as we didn't want to loose these ladies.
From the fantastic ladies that came into our home and cared for mum, our supportive Case Manager Casey and scheduling team and office staff, we cant thank you all enough for your respectful care and assistance.
Special mention to the beautiful, cheeky soul Roz, gorgeous Raquel (unfortunately no longer working), the wonderful Jess now a Case Manager, Bridget, Theresa and the juggling scheduler Melissa. You will all be missed now that mum has transitioned to Permanent Care.

I express my gratitude for the service provided to my 97-year-old mother, Estela, who does not speak English. I want to thank all the staff from Home Instead and especially Casey, her Case Manager. Casey's professionalism and efficiency in addressing my mother's needs, referrals to services, phone calls and emails have made my life easy. Thanks to her, I can go to work and have the peace of mind (which I did not have from other HCP providers) that my mother's services are running smoothly and that her permanent carers are attending the house and building up a good working relationship with my mother.

I commenced my journey with Home Instead as a CAREgiver and most recently became a 'Key Player' in the office. Whilst in the field I thrived on the joy being a CAREgiver offers you. The relationships you build with your clients is so special. The training you receive to set you up is amazing - I had zero experience in this sector and felt super confident after induction and couldn't wait to get started. Becoming a Key Player in the office helped me to understand just how much effort goes in to supporting the team from CAREgiver to Care Manager. Everyone has one goal in mind - to serve our clients with the best possible CARE. Whether you're looking for a new career or you're looking for a service provider to support yourself or a loved one - call them - I give Home Instead Geelong 5 stars!
