I ordered tv service for a week for my Mother who had a massive stroke who unfortunately will not survive. The one channel that she enjoys Turner Classic Movies is not working. I called and they made a service ticket and stated they will try and fix remotely, and if that did not work they would send a service technician. It's now been 3 days, so I called back and was told there is no service schedule for the hospital my Mother is at, so they have no idea when anyone will go to fix. They did state they would give free service once issue has been fixed, however I told them I'm not going to pay another exorbitant amount for another week when there is zero guarantee it will be fixed any time in the near future. All I wanted is for my Mom to enjoy something while still conscious. The TV in her room is also missing 2 screws and a bolt that holds tv to the extending arm. There should be alternatives to this company that is 100% about money and zero percent about patients. Customer service refused me when I asked to speak with manager or supervisor. Horrible company

I work at Southlake Hospital and the Patient Health Hub team are awesome. I have a TV in my waiting room and when every I call Sue always comes to my rescue. Keep being awesome team.

I got wonderful service from Desiree Faria of HealthHub. She took time to explain everything about the use of the bedside TV as well as the large-screen TV in her gentle and patient manner. She was delightful to deal with.

My brother lives full time at St. Joe's since the early 2010s. For many reasons, he can never go home so has spent 10 years in a hospital setting. Most days, the only entertainment he has is his TV. Thank goodness for that as it keeps his mind occupied but mostly, he gets to listen to Sports - his most favourite thing. I don't know what we would do without this service - I believe he would languish. Bonus is the TV lady - a bright, bubbly, loving positive force in the hospital. Everyone knows Brenda! He loves her and anticipates her visits - she can coax a smile out of him when others can't. She is a great asset and wonderful ambassador for this company.

Great service.. Online hook up was easy and TV was working within minutes. A more flexible arm would be better for patients who cannot get out of bed.
