Our salesman Mike went to the map for us and really took great care of us. We got the issue that we had fixed. He took great care of us and as far as that goes, the entire team was terrific. From what I saw it highly recommend them.

I live in California and decided to purchase a car here because I could not find it here in California with all the options I wanted. In the photos, the car looked great. In reality, when it arrived it had a terrible paint job, the car was not cheap, and is a 2021. Not sure why this was not mentioned to us by phone, email, or pics before purchase. I contacted Cincy AutoMall over a month ago in several forms and have been ignored. I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the vehicle I purchased from your dealership. Upon delivery, I discovered that the paint job on the car was in poor condition, with paint overspray on the trim, bumps under the paint, clearcoat peeling, and paint dripping. This was not disclosed to me prior to purchase and I feel misled. I understand that used cars may have some wear and tear, but the poor paint job greatly diminishes the value and appearance of the vehicle. I am requesting that the dealership rectify the situation by either repainting the car or offering a fair discount on the purchase price. I live an hour an a half away been trying to get in contact with them to come look at a truck for 2 days. I keep getting told the same thing repeatedly someone will call you back. Finally got a call at 1:30 today from a sales rep who had no idea what I was talking about but said he would call back in 15 minutes, three hours later no phone call. The only thing they did for me was put a hit on my credit score. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Unprofessional. Drove almost 3 hours to view a car, had an appointment with Keaton. After nearly 50 minutes waiting in a cubicle watching staff members eat pizza, a man reeking of cigarettes arrives and explains that Keaton isn’t even there. Also that we would have to wait some more for him to go put gas in the car we had already arranged to test drive. The car had dents, surface rust, a crack in the windshield, stains in the interior, and no button in the E Brake. There was also a scratching noise when accelerating the car after a full stop. After the test drive the man curtly told us he would not negotiate the price, despite all of the issues. The papers all over the dealership said “leave a review for a $10 gas card”, maybe trying to hide the honest reviews? EDIT::: I totally understand being short staffed. However, someone could have taken a second to tell us that a different salesman would be with us shortly. The man who talked to us told us “I stand firm at XXX, negotiation is beyond my pay grade” the moment we said we wanted to negotiate. We hadn’t even thrown out a price yet. We were prepared to pay full price if the car was in good shape/didn’t need a new clutch. We were in the market for that precise vehicle.
