They robbed my dad, took out a loan with his social security under false pretenses. Said they were charging him half the money to give him his dental implants even though he cancelled 2 days after and was told "sorry we already have them so you have to pay for them". When we went to pick them up the staff was whispering about how they didn't have them. They gave him someone else's implants. Protect yourself and please complain on BBB. They need to be held accountable.

I’m leaving a review about my experience taking my dad to this business. He received a ‘grant’ that was supposed to make the work he needed done cheaper. When we arrived, the ~10 employees swarmed my brother and took my dad away on his own and we couldn’t talk to him again until after they had talked him into signing an agreement. He was told, thanks to the grant, the procedure would cost 16k, and financing would be interest free. This was an amazing deal, so he signed the papers; the contract actually showed the total costs would be closer to 25k, with exorbitant interest rates. Upon realizing they’d played us, we called back at the earliest opportunity, 11 am Monday following our initial Saturday visit. They demanded a 5k payment because they had “already made the dental plaque”, despite closing immediately after we left on Saturday and telling us the order would take over a month to be ready. These people draw people in with their fake grant, the procedure is actually upcharged, and isolate them from their family and counsel to sweet talk them into an agreement while lying about the details. The only reason I can’t call this a scam is because they’d use the money they’ve scammed out of people to silence us with lawyers.

I know I have probably been a nuisance and sorry about that but when things go wrong it's not the dentist fault or mine and I apologize, but when your in pain you want something to relieve it , and now I get my partials and can't wear the bottom one because of a large sore on my gum, they really helped my overtime and was excited to get them and they stopped the pain in my jaws really need to come in next week and get them adjusted, but it seems like maybe everyone is tired of fooling with me again I apologize but would love everything finished I know Dr. She'd was probably frustrated because it kept rubbing the bottom gum but that's not his fault or mine sometimes it just takes longer to get everything right. And everyone at the front has been nothing but nice and Diane I especially apologize to you it wasn't your fault about the color I know Dr. Syed was in a hurry and I hope he still wants to treat me because the partials were really helping. Thank you

I just wanted to apologize to everyone for being so impatient, I guess I just wasn't use to having a dentist that is a perfectionist and truly cares about his patients again I am sorry I love everyone there ,I am truthfully grateful that everyone wants the best for me. Everyone of y'all are truly a blessing.

I truly like my dentist he has got to be like family, the minute I go to the back I relax he is always concerned about his patient's he has a good heart and he is a perfectionist will always use him.

Try listening to your patients instead of ignoring them, making an already costly process torturous.

Everyone is so sweet there and my dentist is a blessing to have I apologize if I was upset today, I just want to look nice with a pretty smile and I know it takes time to get there but I would never go anywhere else but especially apologize to the young lady that was explaining everything to me about the 3 teeth! I am blessed to have all of y'all. God Bless and have a great rest of the week. And the other reason I was hoping to get them done we have a family reunion coming up the last of July.

This office has the best front staff that will cater to your every needs. The back office is super awesome when it comes time for surgery. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. I would recommend this dental office to family/friends.

THIS DENTAL APPOINTMENT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. NOT SURE HOW YOU LOOK AT THINGS, BUT APPROVAL FOR A "DENTAL GRANT" THAT TAKES ABOUT 40% OFF YOUR DENTAL BILL EQUATES TO A PRETTY GOOD DISCOUNTED COST. I drove 4 hours one way to Brightway Dental in Balch Springs, Tx with hopes of using this so-called dental grant that I was approved for. I was told my dental implants and crowns would cost a little over $100,000 minus the grant, for a net total cost for me of over $57,000. My net cost that they quoted was going to be higher than any other quotes I had received from 5 other highly reputable dental offices (mind you their quotes were lower than BD without a grant) ...UNBELIEVABLE!!! My advice to anyone is to get at least 2-3 other quotes to compare to theirs before making a decision. Good Luck!

I got my braces put on here. I have been satisfied so far. The staff are very kind. I never wait long. They have been great. The dentist is also very friendly as well. Definitely recommend.

The staff is very friendly and caring. I was looking for a smile makeover. I can here on a friend’s recommendation. The dentist I saw was very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed me my x rays and then lots of examples of cases he has done. It was really beautiful work. My work consisted of a combination of crowns and veneers. First step they designed the upper and lower in a wax design and showed me how my teeth will look. Next they finished my upper teeth in 2 visits. Then they did my lower in 2 visits. Now I have an amazing smile. They also got me an affordable payment plan. I am so happy that I went to this office.
