The service department the service department squeezed us in after we booked at the wrong location and performed the winterization on are RV while I waited. Our technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to the winterization. He was also able to fix a minor problem with our slide. I would highly recommend Bobby combs RV as the staff is always friendly and helpful.
I accidentally called the Cda store and summarization was booked till September 28th. I bought my rv at hayden. They transferred me to Hayden store and asked for Alex. He was outside and Jo said bring it right in. They got me done without even unhooking rv from the truck. Jo talked to me for a minute or two. Very friendly and Alex has given me the vip service each time I’ve been in there. I will continue to refer the hayden Bobby combs store to anyone I talk to that I hear is looking for purchasing or servicing an rv. Thank u much

Jo, at Bobby Combs RV, has always been very helpful in getting me the right parts or supplies for my RV needs. The staff have even suggested less expensive options for me whenever possible. It feels like they really care about you as an individual. Jo—-you are the best!

I went in and wandered around the lot came in and asked about the price he quoted me more than the online price. Then argued about the year of the trailer. I got fed up with him being rude and left to go buy one somewhere else. Three days before I had used their chat and answered a bunch of questions they finally responded three days later and did not answer my question. The people at the Hayden store were subpar.
Horrible customer service. We have been told we’d be called back at least 10 times of witch we’ve received one call. We were told the trailer was ready to be picked up only to find repairs had not been completed. We bought a brand new trailer. Took it in for minor repairs. Back in November we were told parts had been ordered. They have now had our trailer for over 7 months. Talked to someone last week and parts had still NOT been ordered. Very disappointed.
I have spent a ton of money on new RVs here. Second one I bought the floor got ripped during their walk through. They had me bring it in October to get it fixed. I dropped it and it sat there until April. All they did is patch it. Looks like garbage. My seat was ripped and the holder for the couch was pulled out of the cabinet. I fixed the holder for the couch on my own and they said bring it in this summer to fix the seat. Fast forward to memorial weekend. I'm getting it ready to go and noticed my water tanks are plum full. It was dropped empty and returned full. Never again will I spend a dime in this poorly ran facility. When I called about the tanks the guy tried making excuses up. My advice is to stay away. Paid 70k for a camper and now the floor is messed up and I got a hole in my seat. Considering a lawsuit on the floor at this point.
We purchased a nice used unit from there in January. From the sales, finance, and service departments, all are top notch. No high pressure to buy. Very patient in answering questions. I highly recommend them!!
Our trailer needed battery replacement this year and I spent the morning shopping around have to say Alex was extremely helpful in educating me was patient with my return calls with additional questions. Price for batteries and labor very competitive and did not try to up sell. We are set up with an installation date and have found a new RV center to help us when needed! Thank you Alex!
