Truly the worst. It's so unfortunate because I love the doctors, but this place cannot for the life of them get it together. I cannot tell you how many times my husband and I have had labs done where we end up having to call them over and over weeks later to get result. Both my husband and I got into separate arguments last week with the office manager who, by the end of both calls, said he was going to go over the recorded call where we were told that the Doctor would call my husband with his lab results to explain (because nobody had any idea what the labs were testing for). The most comical part about this is that even HE hasn't called us back over a week later. I had a swab lab done by the practitioner a few months back and the only thing I heard back about it was from SonoraQuest to let me know that the collection was done wrong. I never got a call from the office to come back in or anything. Nobody cares to follow up. I'm also told that it's protocol for their office to have so many people to get back to with lab results that they quote 2 weeks for you to hear anything back from their office... when I get the email from SonoraQuest within 48 hours. This is especially infuriating when you have something urgent going on and they just shrug and say "meh." I do want to disclaim that I told the office manager that if this didn't get resolved and our last visit was not credited that I would be reviewing and claiming fraud on the account because we never got results for our visit. He said "Go ahead and claim fraud, we have documentation." Okay... well here we are. They are truly lab happy because I'm sure they have a quota to fill considering they have a SonoraQuest lab in the office, which is ridiculous because they can't even get back to patients with their results. At the beginning I recommended many family members and friends to go to them, which they did. I regret that because I've gotten complaints from all of them and almost every person has found a new provider. My question to the practice: Why would you make an already stressful and potentially scary situation worse by making people think you're there to help when all you do is add more stress and frustration? DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a challenging time finding a PCP when moving to Arizona, but I got recommended to Aveon Health and it was a great decision. They are extremely accommodating and I never feel unheard when I have concerns. The bedside manner is excellent and overall the office staff is awesome. I also love that phlebotomists are on staff, along with certain testing making turn around time quicker/more convenient. I would definitely recommend all the providers here.
Prompt, efficient, professional and always focused on the person. From the front desk through check in, labs, appointment and rescheduling, everyone is great.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Mary K Benjamin today and was really pleased with the whole experience. Dr. Benjamin was very knowledgeable and thorough in her review of my podiatric needs and offered common sense options for me to consider. Looking forward to working with Dr. Benjamin to improve my foot health over the coming months.
THEY ARE OVERCHARGING PATIENT WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. My husband went to this doctor for his annual check that was supposed to be fully covered. he asked about co-pay or additional charges but he was told that all was covered. we received over 300$ bill after that and when asked to talk to supervisor, we were told that front desk doesn't know about charges and what they have done wasn't covered and he advised me "just pay with your credit card". I asked them to waive additional charges since it wasn't discussed or approved with me and he said to get back to me but never heard back from him and just received another bill. BE CAUTION NOT TO BE OVERCHARGED WITH THEM.
We followed Dr. Cooper to this office, because she is so wonderful and protective of our senior mother. And my mother adores her. If we were just rating Dr. Cooper, we would give her a "10" out of "5!" The lower rating is due to her office staff and nurses. I guess we were spoiled by Dr. Cooper's previous office staff. They seemed share their attention to detail better with her than this office. It's almost impossible to get through by phone, no matter when you call. And if you do get through, make sure you get the name of the person you spoke to, so when she/he doesn't give the doctor the message you left for her, you can hold them accountable. Otherwise, no one will take responsibility. On a good note, contacting them through the portal works a little better.
