Pushy sales people. Went in to browse for a sofa and maybe a matching chair. As soon as we walked into the store, boom first sales person, got in through second door, boom second sales person, this was followed by two more sales people pouncing to dhow us what little inventory they had. Will shop else where

Good quality however ordered a coffee table set and a sofa 1 year ago and am still waiting for the coffee table. The sofa and end tables came two months ago. We ordered a sectional two years ago from Ashley ; they sent half of the sectional , and said that the other half would not be available for another 3 months. I sent it back and re ordered a different model. Again , a month later , they couldn’t fulfill it. Ordered another one. That has finally come. Meanwhile , they were paid for. Did get a refund for the sectional, and the other one but my question is … Why offer them in a catalogue , have consumers buy them just to wait over a year with no notice ? Have pushed the delivery dates back a total of 8-12 times. Just curious , what kind of rocks are you guys smoking down there honestly?? get it together.

I am giving the store a 5 star review because of the exceptional service we received. We had purchased an “as is” couch and had discovered, after 5 weeks of use, that the cushions had a hidden defect. Neither the store, nor us, could have known of the defect without the cushions experiencing normal use. The manager, Shelly, took immediate action, arranged for the repair, kept us up to date and solved the problem. We had the cushions back within 4 days. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my experience in the store Both Jay and Paul went out of their way to meet delivery datelines also
