Jim, Destiny, Erika, and Zach made the experience of applying for a mortgage loan pleasant and stress free. They were very attentive to my concerns and answered my questions timely. Daily emails kept me apprised of where my loan was in the process. When my bank was being weird about the closing funds wire, Jim personally reached out to my bank. He used the force or something, because suddenly he had an answer and a path moving forward where my own attempts (3 x!) had failed. I highly recommend Jim and his team.
