I had very good experience with the Zylish team.Their designs are very very nice. Perfect stitching, the colour combinations are awesome, embroidery work is very intricate. I got so many good comments on my dress,Which was purchased from zylish. Also for their tram work iam so grateful.Thank you team Zylish from the bottom of my heart.
I want to share my extremely bad experience with Zylish designs. I have spent 7800 plus courier charges above 2000 to UK for a churidar from zylish. But when I received the item the material it was of very poor quality. The colour was very dull than it was shown in the photos. The size was not which we have asked. When asked about the size they are making another story that, small size is 36 size for them. But we have given the measurements as they have requested. Anyway we cannot use that dress for any purpose after spending almost 10k. I won't recommend anyone for zylish as we lost the trust in them.
Zylish Designs offered me customized stitching service like no other. I’ve never received such perfectly stitched salwar sets from any other boutique. The patterns are absolutely beautiful, the fabric selection is great, and the quality is outstanding. Prima pays close attention to every detail—the stitching is flawless and fits perfectly. The service is very professional, always on time, and the overall experience was exceptional. The quality truly stands out, even in a group. I am an overseas customer of Zylish. I watched Zylish designs videos in Instagram and FB pages and i liked the collections, which are very elegant, very close to my liking. I ordered two suits (full set) and we mutually agreed for the delivery as mid Nov 2024. During the the time of delivery I was in Kerala too. Due to the urgent orders in their boutique they could finish my orders last minute, but what surprised to me was, i was about to go to the airport that morning, Zylish design team personally delivered the parcel to my house from Angamaly all the way to Pathanamthitta. I was very touched by this action of Zylish. Really appreciate the effort. Regarding the designs, it is very very nice. Perfect stitching, the colour combinations are awesome, embroidery work is very intricate. You can wear their collections for any occasions. The team is doing a wonderful work. My favourite boutique in town. I have purchased around 10 dresses from them and each one of them is unique and beautiful. From designs to customer care, they are one of the best. Prima and her team is doing a wonderful job and I highly recommend this place.
