The most inhumaine money making machine you could go to with : 1) absolutely brainless receptionists who don’t listen and make you fill out wrong paperwork while you’re visibly in pain 2) no booking without a credit card!? Even for a 15 mins appointment.. Check the card at the time of an appointment or send a bill! But oh well, welcome to America baby! 3) 5 min late policy and you arrive at 4 mins and they turn you around while you politely beg and, again, are visibly in pain. Absolutely inhumaine money making machine. Do not go there, go to a real hospital like UW or Swedish both have urgent care these days.

If I could give this place negative stars I would- We went there because my spouse was running a high fever with a host of random symptoms. We wanted to run a host of swab tests for RSV, Flu, Strep. This was on Wednesday afternoon. Today’s friday and we’re still waiting on those- with no access to antibiotics or meds of any kind. We still don’t have results which were to be available in 24-36 hours. At the moment it’s 52 hours plus- go here if you don’t love your life or money! Their customer care is even worse and keeps telling us to wait it out or talk to billing. Urgent care has ONE JOB- being URGENT. And it fails miserably at this care location.

If I could give a negative star amount I would!! As a visitor to Seattle I had an accident on a rented Bicycle, Friday afternoon. My upper lip was pretty split and needed stitches. My daughters and I walked for over twenty minutes to get to your location and we were treated like trash. They told me I would need an appointment!!! Of all things!! Accidents are generally unplanned and when you need urgent medical care you usually go to an urgent care center! The gal at the front desk was rude, uncaring and lacked compassion! She was more worried about me wearing a mask than having fresh gauze and/or ice on my bleeding lip! She barely looked up from her computer to access the severity of my bleeding wound. My daughters explained that we were from out of town and did not know where to go, her answer, "there are four of you, I'm sure you can figure it out!" How insensitive can you be??? We ended up calling an Lyft driver who was very concerned about my condition and drove straight to Swedish Hospital, where they took me into a room immediately and tried to stop my bleeding. I eventually had three stitches in my lip. We told the doctor of our horrible experience with ZoomCare and she said she hears it all the time. I am appalled at how my daughters (who were worried sick about their mother) and I were treated. I strongly suggest hiring compassionate front desk employees who are in the healthcare field because they care!! I find it sad that the strangers on the street showed more concern for me than your staff! Urgent Care should not require an appointment either!

Dr. Gretchen Todd was everything I could’ve asked for in a care provider and then some. I haven’t had the best luck with urgent cares or quick clinics since I moved to Seattle 2 years ago and she IMMEDIATELY got right down to what was wrong in a few minutes. Because of this, I will be making her my primary care provider from here on out. Highly suggest scheduling with her if you have the opportunity!

These guys have it down! This was my second time visiting and both times have been very impressive! The front desk check was pleasant and very helpful and the PA, Michelle, was wonderful and very thorough! They have gear, phlebotomists, and some meds on site as well, which makes things very easy.
